These rules exist to allow for the most enjoyable time for all current and future guests, to ensure an undue burden is not placed on my housekeeping team, and to protect the home. Violating rules may result in additional charges or even eviction without refund, and no one wants that!brbrOccupancy & Usebr• A Renter Agreement must be e-signed before arrival and within 12 hours after booking, 1 hour after booking if same-day arrival br• Direct security hold up to $750 (varies seasonally and may be less) is required in case of damage or loss and will be released 7 days after departurebr• The use of this home is for family-friendly vacations only. No house parties are permitted. Violation will result in eviction without refund and loss of security deposit.br• The minimum age of the primary guest must be 25 years old unless approved before booking. Copy of government-issued ID required on request.br• The maximum number of overnight guests is 10br• Do not rearrange furniture or décor. If you move something, place it back in its original location before departing.br• If the home is left excessively dirty, in disarray, or furniture or décor are rearranged an additional cleaning fee may be assessedbr• If the key is lost, a Replacement Fee of $50 may be assessedbrbrPetsbrI love pets, and have one myself, however, no pets are allowed in this home out of consideration for all future guests, some of whom have allergies to pet dander and to ensure pet messes are not left in the home. Violation will result in a $50/night per pet Undisclosed Pet Fee or possible eviction.brbrSmokingbrThere is no smoking allowed inside the home. Smoking in the house will result in eviction without refund. Additionally, the cost of smoke remediation will be charged back to Guest. If you wish to smoke, do so outside and please keep all cigarette butts picked up and put in a trash bag. brbrTrashbrTrash pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday early morning. Trash must be bagged and placed inside the trashcans at the street, otherwise the garbage collectors will not take it, which is a bummer, so please take with you any trash that cannot be bagged and placed in the trashcans. brbrGrilling, Fryers, & FiresbrGrills and fryers are permitted only on the driveway, never on the deck nor in the grass.brbrBonfires are not permitted anywhere on the property.
