Boerne Water Tower House
Boerne, Texas, United States
Getaway to a 7 acre property 10 minutes from a small town in the Texas Hill Country to stay in a restored water tower. Start your morning sipping coffee or tea on the covered patio while watching the deer roam under the trees. Use the fully equipped kitchen to cook meals or drive to historic Main Street in Boerne to eat at one of the locally owned cafes, coffee shops or restaurants. Enjoy a great nights sleep in our beautiful bedrooms, and don't forget to take in the views of the rolling hills!brThe spacebrWater Tower House is a one of a kind, unique home! You will have the country feel with picturesque hill country views, wildlife, and nature surrounding the home, with also having all the fun excitement of Boerne just a short drive away! There are 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, window seat with a scenic view, comfortable lounge chairs, and a T.V, and a personal A.C./ heating unit. The second bedroom is through the hallway off the kitchen. We call it the "dreamy blue room" because of its sky blue color. This room has a king size bed, closet space, drawers, a vanity area with mirror, and a personal A.C./heating unit. Keep the door closed and this room will get nice and cool for a good night's sleep! The third bedroom is up the spiral staircase. Up here, you'll have views from all the windows, two twin beds, a personal A.C. unit, and some fun lights above the beds that can be turned on with a remote control.brbrThere are two full bathrooms. The first is located next to the kitchen. It includes a bathtub, shower, closet with towels and supplies, and a vanity area with drawers, a seat, and a mirror. There is also a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle, huge farmhouse sink, and dishwasher. Coffee, tea, cream, and sugar are provided. Above the sink, look out the big windows and see curious deer in the mornings!brbrThe living room is my favorite space! It is an all wood living space, with unique wood beams, and a beautiful fire place. There are brand new comfortable couches and chairs, as well as a t.v. for guest enjoyment.brbrOutside, please enjoy the patio with lots of seating, a fire pit with chairs, (for the cooler months), and the swing in the front of the house!
