Peyiavilla is located just above the historical village of Pegeia south Cyprus. brThis new 3 bedroom luxurious air conditioned villa with modern furnishings is set into the hillside of Peyia in a picturesque area locally known as (Where the Gods Live) with mountain Views at the back and sea in the front The villa is located at almost the highest point and has truly one of the best unobstructed panoramic views of the beautiful blue Mediterranean sea and Coral Bay area you can even see Paphos in the distance and the view from the back of the house you can see the mountains due to the high location there is almost always a breeze and the temperature is two or three degrees coolerbrThe sandy award winning Corallia beach in Coral Bay is only a five minute drive away and the nearest shops and taverns are in Peyia Village are only a couple of minutes drive away there are many tourist sites nearby. The historic and popular town of Paphos is only a fifteen minutes away. brThe Villa is a large detached fully air conditioned three bedroom property. The sitting room is open plan with a feature marble fireplace, two Large comfortable sofas and one large chair, coffee table, stand lamp and large flat screen television Satilite reception also free internet, DVD player. Wii games machine, brFive double the normal size patio doors give stunning views to the sea and open onto the patio the dining area has a dining table with seating for six persons. brThe spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Kettle,. microwave, toaster, brAll of the bedrooms are upstairs, one double with shower room attached and two further twin bedded rooms sharing a bath shower room. Two of the bedrooms have large balconies with panoramic views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There is another toilet downstairs.brThe Villa has a private pool with shower and six person Jacuzzi located on a lower level directly below the sitting room patio. The Jacuzzi is not integrated with the pool allowing a larger area for swimming with ample sun beds tables and chairs. There is a gas BBQ area. The area surrounding the pool is crazy paved with palm trees and a small flower bed at each end of the pool we do not have any extra charges. Please note a car or use of a taxi is required for this location. The pool and Jacuzzi are solar heated and not heated in winter months brPeyia (Pegeia) Village is only a couple of minutes drive away from the villa. Here you will find banks, restaurants, taverns', supermarkets and shops it is one of the most popular and picturesque villages in Cyprus, it has an attractive cistern-fountain in the middle of the village square. brThe original Peyia village was a small, stone built community of farmers whose crops were mainly bananas and oranges. Over the last 20 years Peyia has grown in strength to be the Municipality of Peyia, governing the area from Akamas Peninsular in the west to the edges of Paphos on the east side. Paphos is only 15 minutes by road from Peyia village and Coral Bay resort is only a few minutes drive away.brPopular area of Peyia include the Sea Caves which are cracks' and joints in the strata of the chalky rocks that the waves have opened over time to created a labyrinth of caves. Until recently the caves were home to seals. Further north-west from Peyia Agios Georgios with a small settlement of cafes, restaurants and a few isolated dwellings. There is a fishing shelter and a few colourful fishing boats . brCoral Bay which is known as the Beverly Hills of Cyprus is a relatively small resort, but has plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and banks etc. It has the best sandy award winning beach in the Paphos area known locally as Corallia beach, which is ideal for swimming and water sports or just soaking up the sun and relaxing at one of the friendly bars brPolis and Latchi are about a fifteen minute drive from the villa Polis is where Aphrodite bathed here with Adonis. brPaphos has a pretty harbour where one can still see the ancient Roman breakwater. Around the harbour are many taverns and bars. There are many archaeological remains such as the House of Dionysos which has a fine mosaic floor. There are several old Greek churches, and The Tombs of the Kings, which are ancient burial places, are just outside the town. Sub-aqua diving is available from several companies along the sea front. brGolf can be played at Aphrodite Hills golf course this is approx 1hr away the course features the following.br18 holes, Par 71/70, 6232 metres. Carved out of groves of carob and olive trees on two high plateaux divided by a ravine; the championship standard course opened in October 2002 overlooks the Mediterranean with all but a few holes, enjoying superb sea views. There's double ended 350 metre practice range, also offering 4 target greens with accompanying bunkers. For those who only have time for a short practice round, there are 3 academy holes (1 Par3, and 2 Par4). On hand are 2 resident professional golf instructors.brLast but not least the 19th hole has a superb clubhouse with pro shop, restaurant and bar overlooking 18th hole.brAlso there are two non-member 18-hole championship golf courses both in the Paphos area - the Tsada Golf club, part of the historic Stavros tis Minthis monastery, and the Secret Valley Golf club.br br
