TV channels supplied by Shaw satellite service.brbrThis large, spacious cottage has plenty of room for two families. Three of the five bedrooms have their own balconies.brbrThe main living area of the cottage, is located on the second storey. The cottage has a large, 30 foot long living room with two couches, recliner, quality stereo system, 32 inch television, with satellite receiver, and two sliding glass doors leading out to north and south facing decks.brbrAdjacent to the living room is a large fully equipped eat in kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar and lots of cupboard and counter space. A door leads from the kitchen out to a very large 600 square foot deck with a table and chairs for outdoor eating.brbrThe main floor also has a large master bedroom with king size bed, sitting area and sliding glass doors leading out to the lake front deck. The master bedroom also has a door leading directly to a four piece bathroom.brbrOn the third storey there are two large bedrooms, one bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a double/twin/twin layout. Each bedroom has its own deck. The third storey has a three piece bathroom (shower). brbrThe ground floor of the cottage has 2 additional bedrooms; one of these bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a double/twin layout. Larry's Lake is a small inland lake adjacent to Lake Huron, the two lakes are linked by a 300 foot long stream.brbrThe cottage is located in a deep lot that is well screened from adjacent properties. It is also located close to many local attractions, Singing Sand Beach (National Park) is only 5 km away. Tobermory with its shops and attractions are within a 20 minute drive. And the Bruce Peninsula National Park is only 15 minutes away.HOUSEHOLD RULES FOR brbrOUR COTTAGEbrA complete information package will be provided to you at the time of booking.
