Briar Cottage is a 3 bedroom all season home located in Collingwood, an under 2 hour drive from Toronto. Renovated in 2023, by Briar Home, the cottage was thoughtfully designed for our guests to feel right at home. Owned and managed by a mother daughter duo who have been coming the Collingwood/Blue Mountain area for years. Briar Cottage is a result of our passion for interior design and sharing all that this amazing area has to offer with our guests.br brLOCATION • Briar Cottage is in located in Collingwood, On, a 15-minute walk to the main street. A quick drive to Blue Mountain and many other charming towns. Collingwood has an LCBO, Beer Store, big box grocery stores and artisan grocery markets, restaurants, and locally owned shops. brbrKITCHEN • Start your day with morning coffee or espresso, sitting on the patio or cozying up on one of the plush lounge chairs. Butcher block counter tops, plenty of open storage space for easy access and large fridge with ice maker will make preparing meals a breeze or if you prefer order in from one of the many the fabulous local restaurants. brbrLIVING SPACE • A large sectional and plenty of additional seating options make for the perfect space to relax with friends or family. One set of towels is provided per guest. brbrOUTDOOR AREAS • Step out onto the large deck to enjoy the feeling of indoor, outdoor living. There is a gas BBQ, dining table, lounge seating, gas and wood burning fire pit, hot tub and wood burning sauna on site. brbrEXTRAS • We’ve provided a few complimentary items for use during our guests stays. Sewing kit, iron, extra cleaning supplies, toilet paper and more. All of which can be found in the closet across the primary bedroom door. The on-site laundry can be used by guests during your stay.brbrTAKE CARE • Please be respectful of the cottage and treat our home like you would your own. A lot of time and care has gone into creating this space to share with our guests. brbrGuest accessbrThe entrance is tucked away near the rear of the property though the white fence archway. The property is a bungalow with minimal steps on exterior spaces. Access will be granted via smart lock with custom key code entry. brbrWhile we encourage families keep in mind the space may not be suitable to young children as there is no child-proofing throughout the space. brbrWe have a fire pit, please check the local fire-ban regulations during your stay and adhere to the rules as required.
