Welcome to your Oklahoma home away from home. brbrWe were searching for an outdoorsy escape that was dog-friendly and within driving distance of Dallas, and the Legacy Trails community was exactly what we were looking for. We hope you treasure your time here as much as we do. brbrThe 1071-square foot cabin is one of five in a private, 35-acre enclave just one mile southwest of Smithville. Sunset Ridge is the newest one at Legacy Trails, having just opened in 2018. With gated access and exclusive use of Landing on Mountain Fork River (great fly fishing spot), we think this is the best vacation rental community in the Broken Bow Lake area. The river is about 1/3 of a mile from Sunset Ridge, all within Legacy Trails.brbrSunset Ridge can comfortably sleep up to six guests (children welcomed!). The two bedrooms contain queen-size beds, rustic artwork, and ample storage space. After a refreshing day on the water or in the woods, take it easy by flipping through the 150+ DirecTV channels or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. brbrSharing a meal with loved ones is a breeze at Sunset Ridge, with place settings for 6 and a fully-stocked kitchen. And a trip to the wilderness must include an evening around the fire pit in the backyard, roasting marshmallows, and gazing up at the stars.
