We are conveniently located just minutes from Morehead City’s waterfront, historic Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, Cape Lookout Lighthouse, Shackleford Banks' wild Spanish mustangs, Sand Dollar Island, NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park, the local boat ramp, and much more!brbr--INSIDE THE CAMPER--brThis NEWLY remodeled pet-friendly hidden gem can comfortably sleep up to 3. The 22’ Jayco Jay Flight camper features a queen-size master bed with privacy curtain and a convenient RV flip sofa. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a built-in refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, and kitchen table with booth seating. The bathroom has a standard RV tub shower. The master bedroom has a flat-screen smart TV, and there is high-speed WiFi throughout the camper and outdoor community spaces.brbr--AMENITIES--brAfter spending the day at the beach, come back to relax in the hammock, grill out, eat at the picnic tables under the expansive branches of our 30' magnolia tree, and gather ‘round the campfire to enjoy some s’mores.brbrThe community space includes a charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, hammock, wooden bench swing, fishing kayaks, outdoor sink and countertop, space for boat trailer parking, and high-speed WiFi throughout.brbr--FIREWOOD--brWe offer firewood for purchase onsite through a cash, self-pay, honor system. You’ll see our son’s homemade firewood set-up complete with a hand-painted sign ‘Leo’s Tiki Shop, Firewood 4 Sale.’brbr--KAYAKS--brThe two fishing kayaks are complimentary and included in your stay. There’s a life jacket and a whistle with each kayak, as you will need to have those on board per Coast Guard regulations. These amenities and grounds are also shared with any guests vacationing at the Coastal Tiki Hideaway, our onsite full hook-up RV campsite, and the Coastal Cozy Camper, our other pet-friendly camper.brbr--PARKING--br- One parking space comes with the camper.br- An additional space can be made available for $25 for a max of two parking spaces total.br- Parking for a boat/boat trailer can also be made available for $25.br- Space is limited. Upon booking, please let us know if this is something that you will need.brbr--THIS IS A NO-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION--brNeither smoking nor vaping are allowed inside the camper. Smoking is only allowed outside in the common areas near the picnic tables. Violators will be fined $500 for smoking anything inside the camper. Additionally, there is an extra $200 cleaning fee for smoking or vaping inside.brbr--PET POLICY--br- Friendly pets are welcome (dogs only please). Certain pet breeds are restricted, such as Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. However, if the pet owner can provide assurance in writing of the good nature of their pet, then that would be a way to allow a pet on the restricted breeds list.br- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and please clean up after your pet.br- If you do leave your furry friend in your camper while you are out, try to minimize barking by closing all windows in your camper.br- Use the black towels to wipe off wet/sandy paws prior to coming inside.brbr--CHECK-IN--brCheck-in is at 3:00 pm. There is a lock box with the key inside it located on the camper door. On the day of check-in, we’ll message you the lock box code for self check-in just before 3:00 pm.brbr--CHECKOUT--brCheckout is promptly at 10:00 am. Please follow all procedures posted in the camper. We do allow checkout at 11:00 am for an additional $25. You must let us know at least the night BEFORE checkout. Unauthorized late checkouts will be assessed a $100 late checkout fee.brbr--MONTHLY STAY LINEN/CLEANING RE-FRESH--brYou have a couple of options during a monthly stay:br- There is a local laundromat around the corner. br- We can offer a towel swap for $15.br- We can offer a bed linen swap for $15. br- Or we can do a full linen and towel swap, replacing all towels and bed linens for $25.br- We also offer a top-to-bottom cleaning for $79.brbr--COMMUNICATION--brYour CAREFREE beach vacation is our TOP PRIORITY!
