The kitchen is new and well equipped with essentials, and flows into an open concept dining area, complete with a TV. There is an additional full bathroom, a queen room, master bedroom off of the kitchen/dining area. The backyard offers plenty of space to run around, and features a fire pit with seating, and plenty of lawn games for everyone to enjoy. The front deck is fully furnished with an outdoor dining table, patio seating and bbq grill. Just down the road, you'll find Pearl Lake, a beautiful retreat for kayaking and fishing.
