It has a dining room with a table that seats 6 and bar that seats 4, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and FREE Wi-Fi so you'll always have Internet access. brbrCONVENIENT HEAVENLY VILLAGE LOCATION:brLocated in the Heart of Heavenly Village Ski Resort, our condominium is 0.7 miles to Boulder Lodge (lift) which is about a 3-minute drive and 0.8 miles to Stagecoach Lodge (lift) which is about a 3-minute drive. The close proximity of our condo to these lodges can be viewed by clicking the map on our vacation rental listing. Heavenly Ski Resort shuttle is available for guests to take to these lodges (lifts) with the shuttle stop being a convenient 2-3-minute walk from the condo at the intersection of Boulder Court and Tramway Drive.brbrFUN ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS:brAs our guest, you'll also get FREE access to the Tahoe Village hot tub and swimming pool - which is only a 3-minute walk. And, it's only a 5-minute walk to the local pub/restaurant, corner grocery, hiking trails, and ski and snowboard rentals. Downtown South Lake Tahoe - with beaches, dining, shopping, entertainment, and casinos galore - is a quick 7-minute drive down the mountain!brbrSPACIOUS SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:brAs our guest, you'll get to relax in a private 2nd floor primary suite with a king bed, closet, dresser, side tables, big screen TV, double vanity, shower, 2-person whirlpool tub, and private balcony overlooking beautiful Carson Valley - with a table, 4 chairs, and gas barbeque. There is also a cozy loft with a double bed and comfy reading chair - and a table and 4 chairs perfect for playing cards and other games. Additionally, there is a private 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed, closet, dresser, side tables, and incredible views as well as a private 1st floor bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a dresser, shelving system for hanging clothes, and more amazing views! brbrPLEASE NOTE:brLike many condos in the Heavenly Ski Resort area, access to our condo (where gorgeous mountain views await) is via stairs rather than an elevator. Likewise, at an elevation of 7,400 feet, most condos in the Heavenly Ski Resort area, including ours, do not have air conditioning (only heating).brbrTOP-NOTCH CLEANING POLICIES: brOur cleaning crew is committed to disinfecting our condo between guest stays - including the use of bleach to clean sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, door knobs, light switches, and high-touch surfaces. We also provide our guests with contactless check-ins and check-outs (without any in-person contact).brbrFor COVID-19 advisory updates in the Lake Tahoe area - including Stateline, South Lake Tahoe, the state of Nevada, and the state of California - we recommend reviewing the state and local government Web sites as well as the guidelines posted on the CDC’s Web site.brbrSAFETY & SECURITY:brYour safety is important to us! Our home is equipped with a Ring doorbell (facing the entrance/front balcony) as well as an electronic keypad with code for a seamless check-in.brbrDOUGLAS COUNTY VHR ORDINANCE:brAll vacation rentals in Stateline, Nevada are highly regulated by Douglas County. Guests must abide by these regulations at all times: (1) Owners must obtain copies of guest IDs as well as the full names and addresses of guests, (2) Guests must display owner-issued parking passes at all times and failure to do so may result in a $500 fine, and (3) Guests must abide by the quiet hours of 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily as stated in Douglas County VHR Ordinance.
