We do not have trailer parking unfortunately.brbrThis one-story house is has a wonderful view and lots of room on the deck to enjoy.brbrWe are a short phone call or text away.brbrWe are located on the 5.5 mi marker of main channel in Lick Branch cove. brbrRocky Mount has great places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The Quarry Restaurant and Bar is close and Jolly Rodgers is about a 20 minute drive. The Lakehouse Cafe and North Shore Shopping center are also about 20 mins away. brbrThere’s a boat rental company 15 mins by car. brbrBy boat, Dock Knockers, The Boathouse, The Toad, and Shady Gators are all within 5 miles. There are great locations down the Gravois Arm on the 6 mi marker of the main channel.brbrYou`ll need a car to get around the area. However, if you`re wanting a good place to walk or run, the neighborhood is a great place to catch some views and get some exercise.brbrPut around the cove in a four-person paddle boat. brbrOr, go bigger by renting a boat from a boat rental about 15 mins away by car.brbrThere is a gas grill at the house. You’ll need to supply you own propane gas tank if you plan to use it.brbrWe do not have cable TV but there is internet and a smart TV. Feel free to use whatever you services you have.brbrIf you need life jackets, be sure to bring them.brbrYou`ll want to grab your groceries before arriving.
