Comfortable camping on the Whitewater River in a modern 27.75 ft camper. River access and bluff views. Super clean, fully stocked and outfitted, linens (towels and sheets) included. Spacious site with patio and private firepit and gas grill. Located at Lost Arrow Campground, a small (13 site), family owned, seasonal campground. Ideal for 2 but will accommodate up to 3 adults. No pets. Guest making booking must be 25. All guests in rental party must be 18 or older. No trailers, large vehicles or ATVs/UTVs. brbrWhy stay?brPerfect relaxation destination or home base for your Whitewater Valley adventures. Spacious sites, not crowded and the lawn and property are very well kept. Listen to the river babble, dip your feet, take a swim or wet your line! Watch the evening fog over the river. Enjoy a campfire in the private fire pit and the amazing stars on a clear night. Check out the trout fishing, hiking, wildlife, wildflowers, fall colors, biking, river tubing, swimming, canoeing or kayaking. Within 2 miles of Whitewater State Park, the Elba Fire Tower and the Whitewater River State Water Trail (canoe/kayak).brOther things to note: The property does not have wi-fi. Some cell phone carriers do not provide service within the valley. TV receives local channels through an antenna, no cable. Guests must be conscientious of water use, particularly when flushing the toilet. Waste is contained in a 33 gallon capacity holding tank.brFREEZING WEATHER: Early (mid April) and late season (mid October) reservations may be impacted by freezing weather and we may not be able to provide running water to the camper. If we are not able to provide water in the camper your host Chelsi will reach out to you to discuss. You may choose to cancel your reservation for a full refund or stay with a 25% discount. If you choose to stay there are outhouses on site for the bathroom and drinking water is available from a frost proof hydrant that is a couple hundred feet from the campsite.
