Candi Cane Lodge is an amazing mountain retreat cabin on a full acre, with a yard overlooked by a wrap-around covered deck and a hot tub. brbrExperience fun on the lawn where you'll enjoy a game of horseshoes, the tire swing, zipline, and a fire pit. In the winter-time relax in the hot tub on the large covered deck or stay cozy in front of the warm pellet stove (pellet fuel provided). brbrYou'll have full access to the amenities, including the detached game room where you'll find a 65" Smart TV, foosball table, air hockey table, dartboard, ping pong table, shuffleboard, poker table, video game console, internet and a sleeper sofa.brbrThe entire house and detached game room are available, except for a locked owner's closet and the garage bays.brbrWe are available anytime and are happy to interact with you as little or as much as you like. It's 9 miles from the Gold Fork Hot Springs, 15 miles north of the boutique town of Cascade and 10 miles south of the resort town of McCall. You'll love how close you'll be to high mountain lakes, fantastic hiking, trails, mountain biking, snowmobile adventure, as well as fishing, boating, canoeing, and kayaking spots! brbrbr brThis cabin has a hot tub, a large wrap around deck, a fire pit and a beautiful, large, yard. There is a foosball table, air hockey table, dartboard, ping pong table, shuffleboard, poker table, and video game console, internet, games and lots of fun things to do everywhere you look.brbrIn the main house, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is an endless, on demand water heater, so you'll have peace of mind when taking baths, showering, doing laundry and washing dishes. With an open main-level floor plan enjoy time together in the fully outfitted kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has a commercial fridge/freezer with a separate beverage cooler. There is also a commercial ice machine that continuously regenerates fresh ice and makes 30 pounds of ice a day! Have a cup of coffee with the Keurig coffee maker (pods not included) br brCabin Configuration: br brMain Floor brThe first bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed. It is the only bedroom on the main floor where there is a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. brThe kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry are all on this floor. br brUpstairs br-There is a guest bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed and two twin over queen bunk beds (sleeps 10). br-There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom. br-There is a second master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom. br-There is an adjoining open room with a game table, couches and Smart TV. br brThird Level Loft br-There is a loft accessible by a secured ladder that has a TV, game system and two twin beds (lots of fun for kids!). br brDetached Game Room brA few steps away from the main cabin you'll find the amazing "Man Cave", where part of the garage has been set apart as a game room. You'll discover a lot of fun things to do here! br brThere is a 100’ driveway with a turnaround on the north end; near the cabin. br brThe living room has seating for the whole family and a cozy pellet stove. The beds all have freshly laundered linens and the bathrooms will be stocked with enough fresh towels for your stay. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook great meals and feed your guests. Just bring yourself, clothes, and food! br brGuests have access to the entire home, excluding a locked closet in the main house and some garage parking bays.brbrA vehicle is recommended.brPlease review the policies below, as you are agreeing to these terms when you confirm your reservation.brbrTERMS: To make reservations for lodging, the entire amount of rent is due immediately to confirm the reservation, unless a payment plan was pre-approved.brbrCHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in after 4:00 pm / Check-out by 10:00 am. No early check-in or late departures are permitted without prior authorization. A fee of $25 per extra hour will apply if early check-in or late check-out is approved by management. If guest(s) depart after 10:00 am without prior approval, Management reserves the right to charge the card on file for an extra night of rent. Before departure we ask that the guests strip used sheets and start a load of laundry, wash dishes or leave the dishwasher running and take out the garbage.brbrEVENTS/PARTIES: Events or parties are not allowed.brbrPETS: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.brbrSMOKING/FIREWORKS: Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed in, on or within any and all portions of the property. Fireworks are not allowed at the property under this contract and aerial fireworks are prohibited by local ordinance. An $800 penalty will be assessed to the primary renter if these rules are violated, plus additional damages.brbrDAMAGE: Guest(s) shall be liable for any and all damages that are said to have occasioned during guest’s stay. This includes but is not limited to damage to the home, contents, garage and surrounding property and landscaping. Immediately alert Frost Management of any accidental damage.brbrCOURTESY: Quiet time is observed from 10pm until 8am. Be aware of and follow city, county, and state laws concerning behavior and noise. Please be considerate of neighbors’ peace and enjoyment.brbrCANCELLATION: Management honors Airbnb’s cancellation policy for Airbnb reservations. No refunds for early departures or late arrival. No show, no refund. Management is not responsible for cost of cancelled travel plans. Management reserves the right to move guests to equivalent, or up-graded, lodging when and where available.brbrHOME FURNISHINGS: No furniture re-arrangement, including re-arranging cables for electronics.brbrAMENITIES: If any of the house amenities stop working or breaks during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, management has 24 hours to repair that amenity. If repairing is not a possibility, there will be a $10 reimbursement given to the renter for each night of the remainder of the stay.brbrFIRE (applicable homes only): Outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplaces are not equipped with firewood. Most local gas stations or grocery stores offer bundles of firewood.br1. All outside fires must be in the designated fire pit.br2. Ensure all fires are completely extinguished prior to leaving the fire pit. Do not leave fire unattended at any time.br3. Be sure you have access to enough water to put any fires out.br4. Do not use the fire pit when conditions are hazardous (high fire danger or windy).br5. Review any local Open Burning Ordinance in place at the time of your stay.br6. Guest will be financially responsible for any damage done by fire.brbrOHVs: Operation of ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles or snowmobiles is not permitted on the rental property, or neighboring property or within the subdivision(s), including vacant lots. No overnight vehicle or trailer parking of any kind is allowed on the road system.brbrTRAILER/RV AND PARKING: (Where allowed)br1. No recreational vehicle or trailer parking allowed on the road system, except where specifically designated.br2. RVs must receive pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee will apply. If an unauthorized RV is noted onsite, a nightly penalty will be assessed for the duration of your stay, in addition, guest may be asked to remove the RV before scheduled departure.brbrHOT TUB (applicable cabins only. Not all homes have hot tubs):br1. Hot tub will be cleaned and ready for your use. Please call or text management upon arrival if the hot tub needs attention.br2. Proceed with caution, especially in winter months, as water or ice around hot tub can cause slips and falls.br3. Hot tub (if advertised/equipped) is designed to accommodate only the number of seats it has. Do not exceed this number as the filtration system will not handle a larger number of people than the number of seats the hot tub has.br4. If the hot tub requires a “drain and fill” after your stay, a charge of $150 will apply.brbrCAPACITY: At no point in time should the home exceed the number of guests agreed upon. For example: If your reservation says “10 guests” but you invite 5 additional guests to stay at the property during the day and/or overnight, that is considered a breach of contract and is basis for eviction without a refund. This number is set to adhere to fire codes, guest safety, county ordinance and septic system limitations.brbrWi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.brbrManagement is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc.
