Terraced house in La Mata, Torrevieja, located three steps away from the beaches of La Mata. Ideal accommodation for families, in a quiet area with attractions and games for the little ones in the Plaza de la Mata. The house has three floors. It is accessed through a porthole inside the property. In the closing wall, from the sidewalk, there is the water cut key. Inside the property, we find an open terrace that has a sofa, 2 armchairs and a table, under a large umbrella and in front of the armchairs there is a barbecue and a portable shower. Going up a small staircase, there is a covered porch where there is a folding wing table with four garden chairs and the access door to the interior of the house. Once inside, the house is distributed on four floors connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, there is the living room and kitchen, which has ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric juicer, sandwich maker and a complete kitchenware. In the area of the room there is a folding dining table with four chairs, a chaise longue sofa, with television, wifi, ceiling fan and a minibar. On the basement floor, we find a large bedroom, with two double beds, wardrobe, table and work chair and a bathroom with tub. The first floor is distributed in two double bedrooms and a bathroom with full bath. The two bedrooms have a wardrobe with hangers and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom, with a double bed, and the second bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor there is a hole with the washing machine, the 80 liter electric water heater, a first aid kit and the water cut key for the solarium hose. The solarium has a table and four chairs, umbrella, two chairs and a garden table, portable shower and two sunbeds with side table.
