It also features an en-suite bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, and its own wall-mounted widescreen TV. brbr• ROOMS #2 & 3: These bedrooms are furnished by a queen bed that’s been topped with hypoallergenic sheets and mattress, soft headboard, and plush pillows. There’s a central AC but a ceiling fan is also installed to keep you cool. brbr• ROOM #4: This fourth bedroom is equipped with two queen beds that are dressed in high-quality mattresses, lavish linens, and posh pillows. The room is also installed with its own wall-mounted widescreen TV, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom can also be found. brbrBATHROOMS: There is a total of 3 bathrooms in the house. All of them are built with bathtubs, hot water and are fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and hairdryer.brbrKITCHEN & DINING: This stylish and spacious kitchen will ignite your cooking appetite as we supplied brand-new stainless-steel appliances and built a center island for enough prep space. The number of occupants is limited only to 10 guests. Unapproved late checkout may be subject to a $50/hour fee in compliance with our partner cleaning company. brbrNO SMOKING - Smoking in the unit will result in an odor removal fee of $500 to cover the cost of odor removal and/or steam cleaning. br brNO TAMPERING OF SAFETY DEVICES - Our property is equipped with smoke detectors, indoor smoking detectors, and sound alarms. Indoor smoking detectors will detect all tobacco and marijuana use. Sound monitors will set off an alarm at high decibels, but it is not recorded to invade privacy. Any tampering or removal of such devices will result in a $500 fine. br brOVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25. br brNO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150. br brNO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund. br brNO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund. br brNO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen. br brPERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property. br brQUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine. br brPROFESSIONAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED - Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law. br brABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest checks out will be considered abandoned.
