It is located on the far east end of the farm and is separate from the main residence with its own driveway and private deck, complete with an outdoor soaking tub, dining table, chaise lounge and sitting area. The cottage has a queen sized sofa bed downstairs and a queen bed and sofa that will convert to a full size bed upstairs. There is a kitchenette with a large toaster oven (large enough to accommodate a frozen pizza or a sheet of cookies), a microwave, coffee pot, two burner induction cooktop, instant pot and a refrigerator. There is a private, outdoor shower with a rain head shower. Not far from the cottage deck is a daybed swing, perfect for an afternoon nap. The pool area is available for guests' use from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM. There is a park area just beyond the pool with a nice sunset view. Failure to provide ID will mean you surrender your booking fees and we won't be able to accommodate your stay. brbrThis is a tiny home on wheels. 240 ft² but a fantastic layout with a bedroom on one end with a full size bed and closet. It has a door for privacy which leads into the kitchen and then the living room that has a futon couch that folds out into a full size bed. On the opposite end is a bathroom with Good size standing shower.brbrWe have a large TV in living room and smaller smart TV in bedroom both wall mounted for optimal space. brbrUnit has a mini split ac and heating system that does a great job and is very quiet. brbrWater pressure in kitchen sink is low, but bathroom and shower is good. water heater is only a 6 gallon water heater so showers cannot be very long. A 15 min wait between showers is recommended. brbrEverything in tiny home is electric except for stove and oven which is run off propane. We have a backup propane tank to make sure we do not run out. If it runs out just message us and we will do the swap real quick.brbrTiny home has a robot vacuum if you want the place vacuumed while you are out enjoying all San Diego has to offer. brbrThe full size deck gives a glimpse of the valley view and during some winters snow on the mountain tops. brbrThe night skies in Valley Center are amazingly clear and a beautiful site nearly every night. brbrSomething to be aware of, this is a dog kennel and next door is a dog kennel. There will be occasional barking. The dogs do pretty well sleeping through the night but there is a lot of excitement on the property at around 7am when they are let out for play time and around 3pm when they are getting fed. If you are the type who likes to sleep in, this might not be the place for you. If you are easily irritated by noise this might not be the place for you. The tiny home is about 30 or 40 yd away from the kennel area. I have had long term tenants and Customers stay at the tiny home and none of them have ever had an issue with noise. We provide a Bluetooth speaker for those who like to sleep to music or white noise brbrAlso, if you don't do well in tiny spaces this may not be for you. This tiny home is 8 feet wide by 30 feet long, so it is by definition a tiny home. We have made it fairly spacious by keeping it simple and minimalistic, but know some people don't do well in small places and want people to be very aware if size.brbrTiny home is fully private for the guest and has its own yard. We do not allow guests to tour the property outside of the private yard without staff chaperone for liability reasons. brbrWe do contactless check in.
