Our riverfront getaway is completely updated so you can conference on hi speed WIFI then walk to the deck and watch osprey fishing in the river. The full kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer. Cooks will find the kitchen lacking for nothing. The handicapped access bathroom has extra large shower with built in chair. Our 2 bedrooms each have queen bed, perfect for 2 couples or a family with children. There is a fold down sofa in the living room which sleeps 2 small people, or 1 big person. The large deck overlooks the river with a gas grill for entertaining and dining alfresco for 6. We have an outdoor firepit with seating for 6. The house comes with parking for 4 cars. We install a seasonal river access of stairs every May - October. It is shared with the cabin west of us and located behind their home. The water between our place and the island is usually very shallow in the summer, but the river channel on the other side has water and a sandy beach year round. Perfect for kids to play in! Be sure to bring your water shoes, the beach is rocky. We provide life vests, sun umbrellas, camping chairs and float toys.
