There’s a generous sized master with king bed, bedroom with a double and twin bed and den/family room with a queen sofa bed. There is a Japanese floor mattress to sleep one extra (child).brThere is one large full bath upstairs with tub and shower and double sinks, and a small 1/2 guest bath downstairs.brThe kitchen has all the basic modern appliances and there’s a brand new washer and dryer conveniently located in the master bedroom.brThere is central air and heating, a wood burning/gas fireplace in living room. There’s a charcoal barbecue grill on the kitchen patio.brbrI have a front brick patio with two lounge chairs, a table with four dining chairs and two captain’s chairs.brIf you look toward the beach you often see the kite surfers’ colorful kites floating above the ocean.brand Catalina is also often visible. brYou can't find a better location to be in the Los Angeles area than where I live. You get a small town feel with the convenience of walking yet with all the amenities of a big city. You are close to all the SoCal attractions like Disneyland, Sports venues and Hollywood, as well as all the best beaches for surfing and other water activities.
