Beaches are everyone's must-have and lucky for you, this property is situated right along a sandy beachfront! Bring your bikes! ....many of our guests love to take a tour into town, just a couple km's to the townsite. You may also explore the bike paths next door at the Shuswap Lake Provincial Park, or rent some kayaks from the Campground. Captains Village Marina is just a couple kilometers down the road as well, where they offer a store, boat moorage, boat launch and and a variety of watercraft rentals and supplies. Welcome to the best beachfront on Shuswap Lake! Together, the 2100 square foot home (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and 1000+square foot deck offers all the amenities that make this the perfect vacation getaway. Located directly on a Sandy beach with access to a private dock and buoy. Upon entering, the floor to ceiling glass, offers stunning, panoramic views of Shuswap Lake and golden sunsets. This open concept newly renovated main level offers a very comfortable living area equipped with a wall mounted flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace . The dining area includes a harvest table and a custom built buffet. The kitchen is fully equipped, island, custom fir counter tops, new stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, and dishwasher). BBQ on the deck for your use! The Master bedroom has a king size bed, lots of closet space and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. There is nothing more spectacular than to wake up and look out onto the lake. Down the hall is the second full bathroom which has a tub/shower combination, and two other bedrooms. One is a queen size bedroom and the other is furnished with a bunk bed (double size bottom and single upper). The new laundry room is also located in this area and has new stainless steel washer, dryer, and a handy laundry tub. On the other side of the main room it feels like your own seperate quarters. One step will take you to the second sitting area, fully furnished with a queen size pull out couch that leads to the 4th bedroom with a Queen sized bed. This area also consists of a 3rd bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. A door separates this area from the main room for extra privacy. For added enjoyment walk outside to the 1000 ft. deck and dine at the large round outdoor dining table (seats 10), enjoy a beverage in the outdoor living areas or perhaps a nap on the hammock. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided for sitting at the water's edge.... A graduated slope provides for an easy walk into the lake. Enjoy the firepit on the beach, take the Canoe out for a paddle, or perhaps you prefer the paddle boards or the kayaks, play board games in front of the wood fireplace inside, coast along the hill free streets with one of our bicycles, let the children play with the sand buckets and soccer balls, play crouqet, badminton, or simply just jump off the private dock.
