Villa Bet Alfa is a beautiful home in Barahona. The home is gated and Alejandro welcomes you to the home and stays on property during the stay. This was an added benefit we weren’t aware of; it made is feel safe during our stay. The home is tucked in within hundreds of fruit trees and nature all for your enjoyment. The rooms were comfortable, large and all equipped with their own bathroom. We all enjoyed having a pool and the beach is literally across the street. Evercy is a kind, responsive host. She allowed us to check-in early and check-out later; a courtesy we didn’t expect. We honestly can’t say enough about our stay. Book now! We’re already planning our next stay❤️
Villa Bet Alfa is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking to spend time in Barahona Province The staff are excellent, private cooks and helpers are available (for a little extra), and the place has all the amenities and conveniences you will need. Despite saying no WiFi when we booked, we were happily surprised they installed a new satellite system recently. It’s much needed as we had no cell reception otherwise.
Everything from the moment we walked in to our last day was great. Place was clean, two wonderful ladies who helped us shop for food and did some wonderful dishes for our large group. The outdoor space was plentiful and allowed the kids and adults to enjoy the pool and beautiful trees throughout the property.
We came to Barahona to do some missions work and also to get to know the community and how we could help! We were blown away by the house and really really fell in love with the staff! We elected to have some help with our 10 day stay and we were really glad we did. Not only did they cook and clean but also shopped for us. we appreciated them so much we took them to dinner on our final night in DR, I would not change a thing and commend Evercy on running such a beautiful property. The area of Barahona is very raw and so are the Amenities but this house made you feel like you just found a hidden Gem! We will be back with bells on and we will bring more supplies for our new friends and Family!!
Excellent place to rest and enjoy nature among family and friends. Lots of space, beautiful backyard and perfect pool, and it is really close to the beach. I will rent it again for sure.
