Stayed Dec 31, 1969Impeccable property and location but with no AC, inadequate number of bath towels, no beach towels, difficult steep driveway, occasional sewage smell outside, adequate cutlery, dishes, glassware, and pots, but ALL other basic kitchen essentials must be bought eg. sponge, soap, salt and pepper etc. These are undisclosed annoyances not expected in this type of high end rental.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Highly recommend this beautiful property. It was perfect for our multigenerational family. The photos don’t do it justice. It was well maintained, clean with lots of space, gorgeous big balcony with views over the beach and sea. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, dishes, glasses and mugs for a large group. The town is a short drive awaya 30 minute walk that includes stunning views of the bay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved this property so much. Waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing and the gorgeous views. The color of the water was divine. Our kids cliff jumped, went for walks to Blanes, played on the beach all pretty independently because they felt safe there. Our only complaints are the sugar ants are bad even if you are the cleanest person in the world - the property management was good at coming to treat the problem. You are only given a small bath towel and a hand towel. If you get it wet, it won’t be dry for the next use (no tumble dryer). So bring beach towels for swimming. There’s no A/C so there were a couple hot nights, but the ceiling fans helped! Overall it’s a beautiful spot and we miss it already!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent a week's vacation with 11 people and three generations. The Villa was amazing! Location, view and the pool was the best that you could think of. CoastalVillas took care of a few small issues quickly and efficiently. So, big thanks to them! We used the grill and the Villa's kitchen a lot. Kitchen was well equipped and tidy. Villa also had some hobby equipment, e.g. tennis rackets and sand toys. I'm not sure if they were left by previous guests, but either way they had a use. All in all, we had a very successful vacation!

Stayed May 13, 2024The villa is lovely and very private. It is away from the city making it peaceful. We found the driveway challenge but we had a large passenger van. We had some troubles with ants, but the property manager quickly came over to handle it. You need to bring all supplies! Dish soap, laundry soap, salt/pepper, pretty much imagine moving into an empty house. They did provide a small amenities kit in each bathroom but it wasn't enough for a week stay. The beach is a short walk down a few sets of stairs so be advised if you have any mobility challenges or little children.
