It has a very nice private location. View was specular especially at night with the background sounds of the coqui. Very well appointed with all the basics in the kitchen provided including a microwave. Leanne was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The steep drive up can be a bit challenging if other cars are using the road and a stronger engine or 4x4 is helpful. During our stay the water was provided by a cistern which did well with regular rains. Recommendations: Remove the trash from the end of the driveway from previous guests as it was overflowing when we arrived and was not picked up until later. Landscaper did not clear leaves and debris from the driveway and patio. One bathroom was not fully cleaned. Bedding and throw pillows not as fresh or clean as expected. The metal beach chairs are very flimsy and rusted. Due to the isolation security might be a concern for some guests. I would not hesitate to return and really enjoyed the unique property. - W. H. Spacious, airy villa with great views.
✅️The house is beautiful ✅️ Nice place for couple retire ✅️ Very Quite and private ✅️ Mesmerizing View ⚪️TV could be useful*** ❌️ Location Pin should be fixed, it takes you far from the actual location ❌️❌️❌️ Glass doors locks are not in good condition, its really hard to close the doors, some dont even lock! you pretty much sleep without security, if you make it to actually sleep (I barely could knowing doors were not closed and being light sleeper)
We love this place! Leanne was the perfect hostess and made our trip so easy and unforgettable. The house is perfectly situated on the hill for panoramic views to the ocean. Sunrise and sunsets from the huge patio over looking the ocean are stunning. You are 5 mins from town and 10-15 mins from many of the local beaches which are beautiful and uncrowded. Spent the week here with my 2 teenage boys and we all loved it. Definitely will be back.
Nice place. Nice view!
Straight from the mouth of our 7-year-old. This is a beautiful property. The main bedroom views sunrises over the mountains. All rooms acquiesce to the sounds of frogs and crickets at the turn of sunset. You feel next to nature in all regards, except that you have the pure comfort of the villa and modern living. Views: phenomenal; proximity: outstanding; beaches: abundant; safety: complete; Wi-Fi: reliable and fast; amenities: without want. Thank you for this restful visit. Thank you.
This place exceeded our expectations. The views are beyond amazing. It provides for a very relaxing time. I wouldn’t recommend if you have small children. We loved the town of Anasco and Rincon was just a short drive away.
Wonderful accommodations, clean and beautiful.
This was our first vacation as a retired couple and did we pick the right property to escape the Wisconsin winter! Privacy and relaxation when we wanted, yet close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The villa is better than pictured, well appointed and cared for. The patio was our favorite place for mojitos at sunset. We had no problems with power or wifi. Our rental car wasn’t the best, but we made it up the hill OK. An all wheel drive vehicle would be better, though, especially if you plan to explore any of the mountain roads (and you should). The location is perfect for day trips like the La Parguera biobay and the national refuge near Cabo Rojo. We stayed for 2 weeks and were repeat patrons at Sharana’s for breakfast and Mahi Mahi. We also enjoyed The Beach House, Harbor and El Grande Marnier restaurants. Mi Familia’s Sports Bar was our place for football games (other than that, we didn’t miss not having TV). We would definitely rent the Villa Yemaya again!
The place was very comfortable and had a great view. The kitchen was nice, but could use a microwave oven.
