5 km away. from the junction on the SS 16 Monopoli-Alberobello, immersed in a grove of Mediterranean maquis, stands the "Dimora del Cuore", the ideal place for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, with a breathtaking view, on the hill and at the same time to few minutes from the splendid sea of Monopoli. The "Dimora del Cuore" is a very charming independent villa furnished with care in all its details, placed on a ridge of Monte San Nicola; it develops on two levels, on the first we find a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom while on the second level, connected by a spiral staircase, there is a characteristic attic with a wooden floor with a large hallway, bedroom and bathroom.
