Our Aruba vacation rental has separate living/dining areas & full kitchen with cookware/tableware. Master suite has a king-size bed, luxurious whirlpool tub and separate shower. Villa is equipped with cable televisions in bedroom and living room and a DVD player. Sofa bed in the living room.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.
Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.
Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.

Unit was lovely and well appointed with all comforts of home. Enjoyed morning tea on balcony and nice view of sunset w/ glass of champagne to end the day.
We stayed at this Marriott condo complex several times in different units without being disappointed.. Not so with this units location or condition. The picture in advertisement was definitely not the unit we were assigned. I was suspicious of a switch in units when we were told the unit we paid for was not available on our arrival date. We were told that we could be accommodated if we arrived one day later than paid contract date. The door to the patio took both of us to open. ( rust ) The kitchen floor tile was cracked and trapped dirt. The only bath tub in unit was inoperable.. The ocean view was miniscual and could only be seen by hanging over the balcony. This unit needs a lot of work and updating.. The owner needs ethics in advertising. Be ware!
Loved the property access to beach.
The property was beautiful with a great location and amenities. However, our unit was listed as having an ocean view. It did not. We were on the first floor. I'd imagine that higher levels on our side of the building do have an ocean view. The decor and furniture was nice, but it did show wear and tear.
This property is a quick cab ride from a ton of restaurants. Beach is large and clean, and the staff was great.
Second time to Aruba in the last two years. This year we went during the busiest time just after Christmas. The one Bedroom worked perfectly for my wife and our 6 year old daughter. I was a little hesitant as the Ocean Club is one of the older Marriott Vacation Club locations but I was pleased to see all the common areas were redone. In addition the top 4 floors rooms/suites were all updated in the last year. I was told the lower two floors will be done in summer 2020. The room we stayed in was updated. It was very nicely done. I was overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend as long as you are on an updated floor.
We had a great time in Aruba. There was some construction going on that was noisy at times but we still enjoyed ourselves. Look forward to going back!
Everything was great! The room was clean, the kitchen was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is awesome. We can’t wait to go back.
The property located in the Marriott Ocean Club was great. Great location, amenities, and condo layout all helped ensure a great vacation. The only thing that could have been better was a better view from our balcony.
We really enjoyed the property everything was as in the description would certainly come back.
