If you love golf this is the perfect place for you. This beautiful Golf Villa is located in the shoulder of Las Bambuas Golf Course in Ciudad Jardín Country Club and Resort, right in front of hole # 9. The Villa is in perfect condition with gorgeous views to the golf course.

Las Bambuas Golf Course

The Las Bambuas Golf Course consists of nine holes at a par 36. Those who have been golfing for many years will find it the ideal challenge with bunkers and water hazards creating obstacles that need to be overcome but it all seems worth the effort when looking at the beautiful landscape that the course has been built

Add to this the exquisite scenery and you have an awesome day of golf ahead of you. The course has a yardage of 6630 for gold and 4858 for red. The slope is 69/67. Las Bambuas Golf Course has greens consisting of Tif Eagle Grass, adding to your unique golfing experience at Ciudad Jardín Resort and Country Club.

If you don’t love Golf that much

This villa includes many other amenities to enjoy like 4 tennis courts (we provide racquets and balls), 1 basketball court and our beautiful resort type pool.

The Space

Each bedroom has air conditioning. In the master bedroom there is a 55” Plasma TV with Cable TV, Apple TV and Netflix access. In the family room there is a 60” LCD TV with DVR, Cable TV, Netflix (accessed from the TV), Xbox 360 (with some games) and DVD movies for you to enjoy. The kitchen includes everything you may need and more with high end appliances. There are 3 terraces, one in each floor with a gas BBQ in the first and third floor terrace. The office includes a PC, prinand wireless internet access and basic office supplies. You can accommodate a queen size inflatable bed in the office area if you have unexpected guests. There is air conditioning in every room and office and in the living area as well. If you like to exercise, don’t worry, we have you covered, the Villa also have a small gym in the property that includes a treadmill, a spinning bike, dumbbells and a very nice weight lifting machine.

Getting around

There are sidewalks where you can jog or walk through the entire community, there is also a small “grill-bar” place, mostly dedicated to golfers but you can walk there and have a burger and a beer. Pool, golf course, tennis and basketball courts are all at walking distance. There is also a beautiful tree house for the kids to play....I know they will love it!!

Close to the property, but not walking distance you have Ralph Foodwarehouse (Supermarket, 2 mins. in car) and Plaza Centro Mall (Walmart, COSTCO, Sam’s, JCPenney, Chilli’s and many more).
