Villa Ventet, a country villa in Mallorca, away from the road that leads from Pollensa to Alcudia. The entrance doors open to the grounds of the Villa. The main door is under a large covered terrace naya. The entrance door opens to an open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchenette with breakfast bar, there is a door that leads to the kitchen area directly to a terrace with a thatched roof pergola where the barbecue is located Super independent brick, nice area to entertain outdoors. The living / dining room is very well decorated, with beautiful blue sofas. To the right of the kitchen you can access a separate laundry room, next to this room there is a very well decorated bathroom with its step in the shower room. To the left of the living room, an archway leads to a small hall. On the right there is a full bathroom with ¾ bathtub with shower over the bathtub, decorated with beige tiles. In front of the lobby you access the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. To the left of the lobby there is a nice double room. The lovely pool is located next to the Villa and adjacent to the large terrace with comfortable furniture and terrace chairs that offer shade from the heat of the day and the pool has a large straw umbrella at one end, which again offers shade. The pool is surrounded by grass on four sides. Villa Ventet, is elegant and comfortable, with a touch of traditional and modern atmosphere. It is ideally located with easy access to the historic town of Pollensa, but not far from the old town of Alcudia and the beaches of Puerto Alcudia, which includes the magnificent Muro beach that stretches along 10 km with its white sands and waters Crystal clear turquoise. This villa in Mallorca is ideal for couples and small families. (Note. The stairs lead directly from the living / dining room / kitchen to a large mezzanine with sloping low beams that incorporates a small living room and a standing closet. The door opens from this area to a closed double room, again with low sloping beams, Mezzanine ideal for teenagers, friends or babysitter.
