After we checked in we received text message from Manager that the thermostat was broken and I technician would come out in the morning. Meanwhile we where forced to spend the night 40 degrees inside. I asks Manager if they would reimburse us for the night. They did not respond. We also found the bedroom TV was not functioning vertiical bands left side of screen, reported to management. Technician arrived an repaired thermostat 2nd day.
Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Best of all it’s so close to the beach. We had a great stay. So glad we rented this property.
Nice cozy condo, short walk to the beach
Beautiful condo. Bedding was dreamy!!! Very well stocked kitchen. And decor was very homey. Very tranquil
Clean place
Positives- spotless/Clean, comfortable bed, five minute walk to the beach with easy walk way. Appliances work. You are on Kiawah Island property/resort. Would not necessarily call these negatives but be aware that villa is small, dated decorations and furniture, first floor with noise from neighbors, porch with no view, kitchen table seats 2 people. I was there by myself, played tennis all day and went to the beach. Only in the villa to sleep and eat, so I enjoyed my stay in Kiawah. Bring a beach towel, facial tissues, salt-pepper, seasonings, sweetener- sugar, Splenda to make a better experience.
The only issue we had was it was very difficult to get teetimes if you could get them it was extremely expensive
Efficient size for 2 people, comfortable bed with more than enough pillows(I bring my own), nice closet No cable provider- streaming only (missed the Super Bowl ) Close to beach and trails
Had a great time at Kiawah. The apartment was perfect. Nice short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend to anyone. Plan on returning
I work in corporate travel and don’t think my expectations are above average but I was very disappointed with my experience. There was a pill on the floor of the bedroom (I had my 1 year old with me and am lucky I found it before him). I brought this to the attention of the rental company and they weren’t too concerned. The bathroom could have used some extra attention. The space between the toilet seat and the tank was filthy and there was a random earring laying there as well. Taking an extra minute to wipe the baseboard and light switch in the bathroom would’ve made a huge difference. Overall, I don’t recommend.
