This house was perfect for a bunch of friends. I stayed with my boyfriend and several other couples. The kitchen is great for big meals, the hot tub is tons of fun, the WiFi was incredible with 8 people on video calls, and the house is in the middle of nowhere but still 10 mins from grocery store and 14 mins from PCMR. Highly recommend!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just rented this property for three nights. Previous reviews mentioned questions about being a kid friendly property. We found this unit to be very kid friendly, from the bunk beds to the loft to the many toys and games that were available. There were plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Turnkey was very responsive on a few questions we had. Hot tub was great. The only downside was there wasn’t a view from the backyard and not a lot of room in the back. Overall, we would definitely rent this unit again.
This large condo was perfect for our group of 7 during a recent ski trip to the Park City area. The home was clean and well apportioned with towels, kitchen utensils, appliances and bedding. We really had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The home is very comfortable with the couch able to sit 6-7 adults, a large kitchen for making meals and a large dining table. Bedrooms were nicely sized and the dual masters was a bonus. We also felt the number of bathrooms easily covered the 7 of us. Large garage and plenty of storage for our ski gear made getting in and out a breeze. And of course the hot tub... felt great to take a dip after a long day on the slopes. I would certainly rent this home again for a group of 7-10 people. We had one or two very minor issues which were addressed in record time by the management company (accessible 24/7 via text!) and fixed within an hour. They were incredibly responsive (within minutes) and it was one of the best management experiences I have had. Very easy to check-in and out and they were very communicative before, during and after our stay. So kudos to them as well.
We had a great time. The condo was wonderful. Kitchen area spacious! All helpers had room to maneuver. Getting earlier time check in and later check out time was very appreciated. We wish there were more table height chairs to use. We wanted to have whole group sit at table for dinners. Folding chairs would have been useful. The code worked great to unlock front door but we never got it to lock. We locked from inside and left through garage. We had a very special whole family time that will be cherished forever. Thank you.
Very nice location and mostly new beds and appliances. Two complaints marred our visit. The refrigerator has a fish odor that I reported on Sunday and was given a box of baking soda to fix it. Smell still there but when I alerted the rental folks......nothing happened. Las complaint, the smoke detectors were all in the laundry room when we arrived. A handyman came on Sunday to give me the baking soda and ask d if I could replace the batteries and install the smoke detectors. When I declined his offer, he said he would be back the next day. Again, no one ever showed and I called and texted the rental folks 5 times about it. So if you don’t mind non functioning smoke detectors and a fishy refrigerator.....this is the place for you
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, large home. Listing is accurate. Check-in via keypad was very seamless. Kitchen was well stocked. No issues with hot tub. Good location ~15 min drive to Park City & Canyon resorts for skiing. No complaints or issues.
We loved staying at this house! We were with our extended family, and it was almost perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room, and the adults loved having their own space and private bathrooms. The hot tub was great and the pool and playground were also a hit. I loved the automatic early check in and late check out, it made everything even better. A couple of things to be aware of, the main floor is actually upstairs from the front door, so there are a lot of stairs. There are a few things that aren't exactly child friendly, but if I had known ahead of time I would have been better prepared. There are no plastic plates and few cups for the kiddos, so we were always nervous that they would break something. There are books and games but no toys, so be sure to bring them. We had a couple of toddlers with us, so we had to move a chair and table in the loft area away from the edge so they wouldn't climb up there and fall. There were supposed to be pool towels, but we never saw them. Make sure to bring your own. In fact, the entire towel situation was a little sparse. There is only one kitchen towel, and only one washcloth and hand towel in our bathroom. The hot tub was cold the first night, but we called and it was fixed the next morning. The ice maker in the fridge was off when we got there, so it took a while before we got any ice. As other reviewers have said, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. None of these things were enough to deter us from staying there again though, just helpful hints for other guests. I know I'm being picky, but I want to make suggestions to make things even better. We loved our time and would definitely stay again. This trip was pretty low key, and we spent a fair amount of time in the house. We ate all of our meals there, spent a day at Jordanelle, went hiking and shopping, but mostly just relaxed. We'll be back, thanks for everything!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this condo with our extended family. It was large and clean in a great location. Everyone had their own space and the kids loved the bunk room, books and games. The kitchen is huge and there was plenty of room for everyone. A couple of things could have made it better, but nothing that would stop me from staying again. We loved it! I do wish it was a little more kid friendly, I was constantly worried they would break something. Some plastic cups and dishes and maybe a couple of toys would be nice. The hot tub was cold when we arrived, but that was fixed the next morning. I wish there were more towels and washcloths, there was only one towel in the kitchen and there were no pool towels as promised. Not a big deal. Had I known I simply would have brought more. As others have mentioned, bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. We had to move a couple of things in the loft area because we were afraid toddlers would climb up and fall off. Over all a great stay, thank you for everything!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful. Was missing a few starter items but overall great.
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great - clean, modern, and enough rooms to accommodate our entire group. A guy even came to check on the hot tub chemicals while we were skiing one day. Although there was little/no backup toilet paper or trash bags, the rental company promptly reimbursed for this unintended oversight. Overall it was a good experience, and I may consider renting again, although you should be aware of a a big watch-out: The house has a tablet they use to monitor noise levels. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING (or at least listening). My family is considerate and respectful but the first night we had set a portable speaker right next to the tablet. This led to multiple noise complaint texts to my phone - even at all hours of the night (3:37 am, 4:39 am, 5:40 am, etc) when we were all in bed. This was very annoying and negatively impacted my vacation the first night until we figured out the source. Overall the place and location were solid. The only reason I am saying that I would not recommend this property is because the unnecessary invasion of privacy mentioned above.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was great. It was a very spacious, newer construction duplex. Having the space was fantastic for us. The kitchen was huge and extremely well appointed. There were other reviews about the toaster oven, but we had no problems with that. Our kids loved the games and the large DVD selection. It is in a great community - people in our group loved the clubhouse gym and we all appreciated the daily street plowing and driveway shoveling. There were, however, quite a few minor-ish maintenance issues around the property. We reported them over the phone, and a few were addressed during our stay, but not all. The biggest issue was that the property dumpster was completely full upon our arrival. We arrived on a Saturday and the weekly trash pickup wasn't until Thursday (our departure day). Within a day, our trash led to an overflow situation and a smell situation in the garage. (this was taken care of once reported). The pneumatic arms on the hot tub that hold the cover off of the tub were both broken off making it very difficult to use the whole hot tub and fit our whole group. (this was not repaired, but the handy man cleared snow so that we could at least open the top all the way). Additionally, the interior door handle from the garage was not attached and would fall off in your hand, the toilet paper holder in the powder room was broken off the wall, the was a drawer front broken off the bunk bed flung in the closet, and many of the window blinds were not functional due to pull cords being broken. Finally, upon initial viewing the place seemed clean and it was, but we noticed a lack of attention to detail - we found books and toys under beds, partially used soaps in the showers, etc. I know that seems like a lot of negatives, but they were all small things that didn't hugely impact our stay. It is such a nice property, if they would just keep up the maintenance and pay a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning this place would be
Nice clean Cindo a bit away from the traffic madness in Park City. Condo was clean, good bedding and nice kitchen. Could have used a toaster rather than the toaster oven which was slow. Also a bit lean on tissues and to. Otherwise, great. Excellent communication from management company. Definitely recommend.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice clean home with good location if you would prefer to be a bit out of the traffic hassle of the Park City area. Very convenient if skiing with Park City Powder Cats. My only criticism is the lack of a toaster and that the place was a bit lacking in paper products such as tissues and tp. The toaster oven is slow. A regular toaster would be better.
Our family of 12 had an awesome time in Park City. The house was about 5 miles from the lifts and was a perfect layout for four adult couples and 4 kids. The bunk room with the additional trundle bed allowed all the kids to sleep together. The beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked with nice appliances and everything needed to cook all meals. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the sitting room was very comfortable.
There was so much privacy for everyone, but one great hang out spot to spend time with each other and to play games. The location of this space was absolutely perfect. It was close to hiking trails, Park City activities that are fun for the whole family, and plenty of nice restaurants. The only negative was that some neighbors look into one of the bedroom. But overall, it was an a great experience and a wonderful spot to stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful property with lots of amenities and plenty of room. There were some initial glitches with discrepancies between online and printed instructions, and the handoff between the national and local office was sometimes cumbersome. But the local represent Michelle was wonderful, and all the problems, e.g., a wasp nest, were taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay there again.
