Really nice place to go and relax. It’s just like it’s portrayed in the photos. Easy walk to the beach. Lynne and Bob are there if you need them but give you your space. I would definitely recommed this property.
Excellent location and well appointed studio! Amazing views of tidal river, sunrises, sunsets, and easy walk to restaurants, beach, and market. Really enjoyed the fabulous NH hiking, seafood, and Lynne and Bob were great hosts!

The home was gorgeous - beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for a great stay. Walk to beaches, restaurants nearby, or stay in the backyard and watch wildlife in the tidal pools. Beautiful water views from front and back. The owners Bob and Lynne were kind and attentive. Highly recommend!
The size and cleanliness of this studio was perfect for us. The views were beautiful and the walk to the town beach was easy. We hope to go back again next summer.
My mom and I gave ourselves a little Mother’s Day trip/gift and we had a great time at Harbor Haven sans kids. The location is perfect/close to the action but peaceful on the bay. We were able to kayak right out the back door and the beach was just a short walk away. The apartment was very well appointed. We enjoyed driving up the coast and exploring the neighboring areas of Portsmouth and Newburyport as well. Highly recommend!
This is a very nice studio to stay in if you want to visit Hampton Beach! It’s clean, aesthetically pleasing and Lynne is a great host. The short walk to the larger beach is totally worth it. Don’t forget your sheets/ towels if you’re staying during COVID-19 times!

Harbor Haven is above and beyond any studio apartment I have ever stayed in!!! The cleanliness and stylish décor clearly reflects upon the owners Lynne and Bob. Check in is super easy, and Lynne is very communicative and thoughtful host. The bed was so comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the views of the harbor were spectacular!! I would 100% reccomend staying at Harbor Haven!!
The property sits at the end of a small road with views of the harbor and marshlands. The beach is a ten-minute walk down the road. We wanted to be near the ocean but also be able to access the mountains for some hiking, and this is a good location for that. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, a perfect place to escape for a few days. The hosts Bob and Lynne were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. So glad we chose Harbor Haven for our much-needed vacation.
We were looking for a quiet escape and found the perfect spot. Seabrook is a great location as we were able to enjoy restaurants in town and also nearby in Rye, Newburyport and Salisbury. Lynne made us feel very welcome Beach is a short walk away and super clean and not overly crowded, just note there are no bathrooms. Highly recommend Harbor Haven.
Had a great stay in this studio. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We loved walking to the beach and dining. We also did some great kayaked right out the back door of the studio and in other parts of the area. Can not wait to return.
We had a very good experience with Lynne and Bob. Communication before and during our stay was great. We had an issue early on and it was addressed quickly and with a touch of class by Lynne and Bob. They give you access to kayaks, which is a huge bonus. They tidal estuaries behind this property are perfect for exploring. The property is located in a very quiet area and back area is beautiful and private. We had a great week!
