This 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has fantastic views of Port Phillip Bay, especially from the outdoor spa on the huge top deck! The house is literally across the road from one of the best bayside beaches on the Mornington Peninsula, Tyrone Beach. Only 10 minutes walk to Rye Pier and Village. Enjoy a stroll along the beach or walk on the newly constructed Bay Trail to visit Ryes many attractions including restaurants, shops, galleries, wine bars, health spas and playgrounds. A short drive to world famous golf courses, surf beaches, wineries, national parks and the Peninsula Hot Springs.
This architecturally designed house has entertainment wrapped up on the deck - there's a sun lounge, dining table, BBQ, heated spa where you can sit and enjoy the outdoor TV - bonus is the outdoor toilet, so there's no need for panic dash inside. The furniture is ultra modern and comfortable. There are two lounge areas, one on each floor. There are so many great touches including in-floor heating, the master ensuite has a bidet, sauna, there's a lovely veggie patch in backyard, an outdoor shower and sound proofed rumpus/lounge room.
The property is situated on a quiet private road with a landscaped garden, double garage and has added privacy with secure remote controlled gates and external surveillance cameras. Only suitable for family bookings.
