2. As our place is a mid terraced house with other families we ask that you are respectful and keep the noise level after 10pm to a minimum.
3. Strictly no house parties allowed under any circumstances.
4. Please take your shoes off.
5. Passport or driving licence will be required upon check-in to confirm guest identity as per guest profile photo.
6. Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old otherwise check in will be denied.
7. Check in and check out outside hours excluding self-check in will incur a discretionary charge at £20/hour for the staff. Please contact us if you have special circumstances.
