There's one main ensuite on the first floor and another ensuite takes up the entire second floor. With a total of three bedrooms and three full bathrooms this spacious, comfortable home has room for everyone! Location is everything and that's what you'll find here. As you enter the home from the fenced and gated front yard you will step into the spacious living room. The home opens up through the kitchen to a sunroom style dining/family room area. From there is easy access to a rear deck and yard with mature fruit trees and appealing landscaping. One block from Opal Cliffs, and an easy walk to Capitola Village & Beach, Pleasure Point for the Surfers and 41st Avenue for restaurants and shopping. Or stay at home and relax in the privacy of the fully fenced and landscaped yard.
Please note that while the backyard of the home is completely usable, it is currently under renovation, and there is only a small patio available.
