A very nice little place for a few people or a small family. Two bedrooms on the main floor with one bath. Upstairs is the loft area with single beds for children. Wonderful neighborhood, lots of wildlife. Home was well appointed and spotless. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Very very responsive to all questions.
Such a beautiful community with amenities galore. This home was perfect for our small family and provided a private, quiet couple of days away from the normal routine. The home was clean, comfortable, and the community was the quietest I could have ever imagined. Beautiful couple of days at this VRBO.
Cute property, and very handy to have dishwasher and washer/dryer, but there's no dining room table! There's a counter in the kitchen which can seat 2 or 3, and there's a table on the porch that can seat 4, but if it's raining or otherwise not conducive to eating outside, there isn't really anywhere to sit down and share a meal. While this may not matter to some folks, it mattered to us. As far as using the kitchen is concerned, some basic tools are missing, like a colander to drain pasta or wash fruit. Secondly, I don't mind that community rules say you can't hang towels to dry off deck railings, but then it's all the more important that there's towel racks in the house, but there aren't any in either the bathrooms or bedrooms! Even a clothesline or drying rack in the basement would be helpful. More transparency as far as Masthope amenities are concerned would be great. We were there in mid-June and yet the pool wasn't open on weekdays yet. Knowing ahead of time what amenities are available when would be helpful when deciding on dates to book. Overall, it was a pleasant enough week, but we don't be returning.
Enjoyed our stay.
This house was clean and beautiful. A nice quiet relaxing getaway that we needed very much. Amanda was quick to respond to all questions. I'd love to go back soon
The property was clean and went above and beyond our expectations.
Only working shower was in back corner of basement. No wash clothes or hand towels, had to bring our sheets. The kitchen only had steak knives and a little tiny peri knife. No cutting boards, or towels, pot holders in the kitchen. Their were dirty plastic cups under the coach in living room. Children’s jackets were left in the coach in the loft. The signs on the dry erase boards were kind of awkward. The neighbor integrated us as soon as we pulled into the drive way. We couldn’t even get our stuff out of the truck without the Spanish Inquisition being given by the strange man that was worried my 13 year old dog that was on a leash and is my service dog (Veterans with PTSD) was going to attack his cats and the stray cats in the neighborhood. He wanted to know who we were and why and how long we were staying. He definitely wanted us to know we were not welcome and he was not happy the owners were renting the house out. It set the tone for a weird weekend that was anything but relaxing. I would not go back.
