Newly renovated (2016) timber frame chalet set in a magical setting. This is one of the nicest views of both Black Mountain and Mt. Washington. Open concept living, including a wall of windows allowing you to enjoy the view. Chef’s kitchen, including all Kitchen Aid appliances. Master bedroom suite, plus a separate shower and soaking tub. There are 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor. All of this is less than five minutes to Jackson Village, fifteen minutes to Attitash, Wildcat or Cranmore.

Wonderful, well equipped home with outstanding views.
Our second day at the house, my wife opened a cabinet and there was a mouse in there running around. We then looked around and found mouse poop in all the cabinets, drawers, countertops, shelves, bowls, plates, and in the utensil tray. We called the manager (Jeremiah) and asked him if he could have an exterminator come, unfortunately the exterminator couldn't come for five days. Each morning we had clean up mouse poo and wash any dishes or utensils we wanted to use. Not exactly how we want to spend our vacation. After our last day, I asked if we could expect any refund and sent many pics of the mouse poo we had to deal with. He asked what kind of a refund I was thinking and told him I thought one night refunded for the 7 nights we stayed would be fair considering the mouse poo and the Hot Tub malfunctioned one day and we couldn't use it (I was able to fix it myself after a few hours of research, but took all night to heat up). We were offered a small credit to a future stay? Told him that we weren't planning on vacationing in the area again. They offered a small refund. I told him that we felt the one night refund was fair considering we paid a premium price to stay there. He told me he would get back to us, that was over 10 days ago and still haven't heard back.The place itself is very nice, and everything you need is provided. The place was mostly clean, though there was a tray of burnt potatoes left in the oven from the previous guests. The views were very nice. Location is good, it was about 15-20 mins to Attitash which is where we went skiing, North Conway was about 20-25 mins, and Jackson is only 5-10 mins. The Property Manager, Jeremiah was pretty good about getting back to me with the issues we had (Mice, Hot Tub, and Dryer was broken), but not so much with the refund.We had a good time despite the problems.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Everything was perfect - Jeremiah was super easy to get a hold of if we needed anything and always so helpful. We loved coming back after days skiing to this beautiful home - the kitchen was overly stocked, beds comfy, while the fire place and hot tub were just icing on the cake We will most definitely return!
