Stayed Sep 20, 2024We had a great time. Very close to the Marina. Unfortunately, it was a little too humid to enjoy the screened porch but in better weather, it would have been awesome. There were 14 ladies, so the kitchen was a little crowded but we made do.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Very nice and accommodating. Great location. The only negative thing was there were a lot of spiders and spider webs outside on the decks and front porch. We only saw one on the inside of the house. The kayak was too dirty to use and had lots of spiders on it. We couldn’t get the electronic door lock to lock when we left the house for the day, but we were able to work around that. Overall, it was a very nice house and we would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024This is a perfect family get away spot. The large basement, screened in porch , and paved large parking area make great recreation space. The location is a pleasant walk to green turtle bay marina and a short drive to a dinner at Patti’s.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024Loved the property, plenty of space with an enormous screened in porch. Friendly community, very quiet during the week with lots of options for exploring the area without crowds. We rented a pontoon, went to a drive-in movie, ate and shopped at Patti’s Settlement, visited the planetarium and Elk and Bison park. The house sits in a natural setting with deer and other wildlife nearby. Beautiful family getaway, highly recommend!

Stayed May 24, 2024We had a wonderful time! It was so close to turtle bay where we enjoyed the beach and playground. We loved being so close to Patti’s and all the shopping. The house was the perfect size with plenty of space! Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed May 8, 2024This property is outstanding for a large group of people. This is the second consecutive year our group has stayed here and it did not disappoint. The owners are extremely kind and readily reachable if needed. Ideal for those with multiple boats as the parking area is enormous. Just down the street from Green Turtle Bay on Lake Barkley and a short 10 minute drive to KY Dam Marina. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lot of room with all the amenities and comforts desired in a vacation rental. Kevin H

Stayed Apr 25, 2024The Lake House was perfect for our Church Ladies' Outing. All of our ladies loved the home, and it met our every need. We enjoyed cooking several of our meals at the house and then enjoyed a meal at Patti's Settlement on Friday afternoon. We were able to shop at a number of local Antique stores, and we visited the Quilt Festival that was taking place during our stay. We would definitely stay at the Lake House again if we are ever back at Grand Rivers. It is definitely a wonderful home for a larger group!

There are many areas to gather as a group and enjoy time together and also enough room to spread out and take some down time with just a couple people at a time. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The owner was available and very helpful. The area is perfect. We were just a short drive or a nice walk away from Patti's and the shopping area of Grand Rivers. We absolutely recommend the lake house and hope to return next year as well!

Stayed Nov 24, 2023House was very clean and spacious. It was very easily accessible with plenty of parking. We had a variety of ages with us and it was perfect for young and old. It will be the top place on our list to try and get when we return.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We had a wonderful time at The Lake House! Plenty of room for the 11 of us! It was hard to get the grandkids to leave and do anything else. They just wanted to stay at the house and play! Nicole was so nice to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed May 10, 2023This property is ideal for large family and/or friend gatherings. Huge parking area easily accommodated our group which included 4 trucks with boats. Extremely clean and well appointed with very close access to both Barkley and KY Lakes. I will definitely stay here again with a large group. 5-Stars hands down!
