The location was great and central to everything Grants Pass has to offer. The living room picture window provided a magnificent view of the mountain directly behind the property. House appears to have been recently updated with all new flooring and appliances. Will surely stay here again as I travel to Grants Pass several times per year on business.

Numerous times it was mentioned that the owner took time to make sure the home looked good. Modern yet with homey feel. Nice open kitchen and living room to hang out. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Had close to every kitchen utensil you would at home. The location of this home is perfect. Close to city center (old town shops and restaurants) and 2 min away from a modern busy rd with numerous big box stores and 3 min away from the highway. If I was getting real picky the only downfall I could say is that I could not figure out the TV situation easily and there is new construction directly behind the house. However, the workers were very courteous and being quiet and did not ruin our stay. Overall a great place to stay in Grants Pass. If we ever return would repeat our stay.

Lived in Grants Pass for 14 years and went back to visit family and friends. It was supposed to be myself and husband and 3 boys, but due to circumstances it ended up being just me. The house is clean, nicely appointed and in such a quiet neighborhood. You can go out to all of the downtown activities and restaurants with ease. I went on a run in the mornings and it was serene and quiet. We will definitely rent again.

The property was clean, quiet and spacious. Great if you plan to cook as everything we needed was there; even some spices and oil left from previous renters. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary for 4 days. This home was equipped with everything and decor was beautiful. Very clean and would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this home. Owner was quick to respond to questions too.

Stuff happens. We were over half way to Grants Pass and looking forward to staying in the 777 House. Had great communication with the owners on several occasions with questions we had. Very quick response and personable, to say the least. The day we were to check in, we were over halfway there when our daughters car broke down and we had to turn around and drive over 3hrs back to where they were. Exhausted after a 16hr day, we decided to go home. So, we didn't get to use the house. Lisa, owner, was understanding and helpful should we have decided to come in late. Can't say enough good things about her. Our first time with VERBO. Will use again, when and if the time comes. I received all information needed to get access to the house, receipts, everything needed on time and easy to understand. Wish things were different. Paid for but stuff happens, like I said. Would recommend the 777House and the owners to anyone coming to Grants Pass!

This home was very clean and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Only cons were that the beds weren't the most comfortable and the sectional couch kept moving all around, but the home was well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. All the appliances worked fantastic and the bathrooms had nice fixtures and finish work. I would definitely recommend this property.
