Stayed Sep 6, 2024This house was very nice and spacious for the 22 guests that we had. It was very quiet community and close to the beach. I would recommend this home to large families looking for a quiet and relaxing home on the beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's really big and the 10 bedrooms made it great for us. In addition, the large outdoor decks and small pool/large hot tub were nice to have. The arcade games were not working during our stay but we were plenty busy with other activities. The beach was calm, quiet and very enjoyable. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Absolutely stunning property with great proximity to the beach! The beach was private, clean, and beautiful! There was plenty of room for every couple or person to have a separate bedroom with several of them including a bathroom! Having double ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers was perfect! Plus 2 sets of washer/dryers! The outdoor space was fantastic as well with a very tiny private soaking pool we were able to enjoy! The access to pools was very close as well! It is a ways into town to pick up small items however. Also the grills are in very poor condition and were difficult to use! We would absolutely love to make this an annual trip we all had an amazing time!

Stayed Jul 22, 2024It is a good space--lots of room. Beds were comfortable. Close to the beach. There were some issues with one of the fridges that weren't resolved while we were there, but they did look into the situation.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024The large house was roomy enough for our big family. Very close to the beach. Unfortunately, the house is in need of lots of TLC. We had a great time being together but would not rent it again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The gas grill was barely standing it was in shambles totally inoperable. The upstairs was over 80 degrees when we arrived I called the number provided an awesome guy by the name of Sammy responded quickly and stayed until we started cooling. Two days later we were over 80 degrees again I called and Sammy came back out and got it cool again then a day later it was 80 degrees again I called and to my knowledge no one addressed the issue. If there had been a usable outdoor grill as advertised and if we hadn't experienced the AC issues the stay would have been more enjoyable. I do my best to have a positive attitude as well as a positive experience. I understand mechanical things happen but to endure the temperature issues for the majority of our stay were less than desirable and did not meet our expectations.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the house and location! It was perfect for our extended family of 21! The littles loved the small, personal pool, the bigs loved the proximity to the beach and shared pools. The adults loved the peacefulness and privacy of the private beach area! Great house for a big family!

Stayed May 16, 2024Upstairs had great open space with enough kitchen to cook for a large crowd. Great wet bar and deck. Good mattresses. Very reasonable checkout procedures. Would rent again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great stay here for our March golf trip. Close to Kiva Dunes and Peninsula. Comfortably housed 12 guys for the weekend. Right next to the beach. Would recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico are fantastic. It’s peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of gulf shores. The house also has a great deal of space and can accommodate large parties. Beyond that, there’s a lot left to be desired. The beds are awful, with multiple king beds missing box springs. This means the mattresses are making wave shapes leading to terrible sleep, if you can actually get to sleep on them that is. There were ants throughout the house upon arrival and while pest control did come, it took until the second to last day of our trip for them to get out to our property. Additionally, there’s a significant amount of deferred maintenance that we worked through and around. Overall, we made the most of our trip and had a wonderful time in spite of the issues listed above. However, I will think twice before renting any property from Vacasa in the future.
