Asheville, North Carolina
Pull up a seat at the chunky, farmhouse-style breakfast bar for a morning snack, then make the short drive to explore the historic Biltmore Estate. Glossy, white subway tiles and an open floor plan contrast with distressed, reclaimed furniture!!
Super cute & comfortable bungalow. Close enough to town to explore downtown Asheville without being stuck in the traffic. Far enough away to be peaceful and explore nature. Would stay here again!
We enjoyed the bungalow it was plenty comfortable, but we weren't made aware that there was a main house that was also occupied. Our impression was that we'd have complete access to the fire pit, there wasn't any indication that we'd have to share this with the other occupants. Put a damper on our weekend as we'd planned to use it multiple nights, but ended up having to coordinate with the other occupants to use the fire pit. In addition, neighbors did not listen to house rules. They started a fire at 4am, were quite loud, and approached the bungalow at such a close range that it made the motion sensor lights go off. This became a security issue. Manager did seem to take our complaint about this seriously, to his credit, but really wish we'd have known about our neighbors.
