Clean, spacey and quiet…made for a very nice experience
Thank you for a wonderful 1st time visit to Kentucky. The home was perfect. Very clean and tidy. We will be back!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much we plan on coming back next year, we debated about bringing the kids with us
Great house, everything was as described. Communications from property managers were very helpful and informative. Great wifi speed.
Property looked very similar to the photos, wasn't the best rental we've had, but not the worst as well. The hot tub had brown slime in it and we only used it once because of seeing the slime we got in and turned on the jets, it was dark but realized that it was not clean because it had slime. and my daughter found a pill on the table of the downstairs, when I Googled the pill it said it was prescription codeine. We also had to dig into the couch to find the remote upon arrival, and the downstairs recliner is falling apart, the material flakes off and gets everywhere, although they put a cover over it, it does not work very well, i also had to put a memory foam on the downstairs mattress because otherwise it just would have been too uncomfortable to sleep. The location is nice if interested in the cumberland falls area, although the unit itself is not behind the gates of the cumberland resort. The front of the property faces the dumpsters for cumberland resort. The back of the property is pretty private and faces just wooded land. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. It was very quiet.
It was beautiful and comfy. Everything we were looking for.
We enjoyed our time here, was a relaxing few days. The community was great for walks to see the fall leaves, little cafe nearby, the hot tub worked great and even had a few games. kids really enjoyed the air hockey. Did have to open the windows to air things out a bit when we first got there but other than that perfectly clean and had a great stay! If you will be there more than a few days be aware that you'll need to buy more basics like soap, TP, etc. There is a little shop that has some just across the street.
It’s a clean n safe location, with security station right at the door! Super love the hot tub!
