As a regular visitor to St Ives every summer, this is probably the best house we have stayed in St Ives in the last ten years! Everything about it is stunning, so clean and the location is absolutely perfect! Luckily the weather was the best we’ve ever had during the heatwave! There is no place we would prefer to be apart from our happy place! We can will be booking again, thank you for a 5* stay x
Excellent property, fantastic location, brilliant vacation.
We stayed as a family of five including three children. We couldn’t fault the house at all. It was spotless and decorated lovely. The outside and downstairs showers were very useful after trips to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. As to location, you really couldn’t get much better with only being a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Also very well located for the centre of St Ives. It was a little tricky driving through St Ives to reach the property but this was mainly due to arriving on Easter Saturday at lunchtime. As long as you take the narrow roads slowly, there isn’t a problem. We also parked a large car in the parking space fine. All in all a lovely holiday and great communication from Orange Roofs. I even checked to see if the property was available next Easter to book but unfortunately it’s already booked!
We spent a perfect weekend in Pendynas with our two daughters and their partners and couldn’t fault this property. It was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. It is spacious but has a lovely cosy feel to it and is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. We have stayed in many beautiful properties in the St Ives area over the years but this has to be my favourite.
We spent a long weekend here as a family of 6 adults. The house had everything we needed. It was in a very good location, only a short walk to the harbour, with no steep hills. The house was very clean.
We chose Pendynas as we took our elderly fathers away and it seemed ideal as we needed 3 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. We were not disappointed as it had all this as well as a downstairs cloakroom with a walk in shower too. It is a beautifully appointed house which has obviously been lovingly renovated with all mod cons. We were very impressed with the quality of all the equipment too. The only things we could find that could be improved are the glass tumblers which are quite thick and heavy and there was no wine rack. A proper coffee maker would also be an advantage. The best pasties we've ever had are Pengenna's in the main street! We had a super week and lovely weather even though it was the first week in October! Very impressed and would definitely recommend this to potential visitors. We hope to return next year. Thank you David Gail Brian and Bernard
