Recently renovated, comfortable family house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with private pool, a fenced-off, new children's playground, and off-leash dog park about 100 metres across the road designed for a 'relax to the max' type of getaway. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Noosa Junction, 2-3 km to Hastings St/ Noosa Main Beach, Sunshine Beach, and Gympie Terrace (River). There is lots to explore for couples or the whole family by foot, bicycle, or car or just relax by the shaded pool and 2 outdoor entertainment areas.
The well-appointed gourmet kitchen offers a granite island bench and breakfast bar adjoining the dining area on one side and a living area with two leather lounges on the other side. The en-suited master bedroom has private access to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms have a bathroom and a separate toilet to share and overlook the pool area.
You have easy access to walking and biking trails, kilometers of beachfront with golden sands (including off-leash dog beaches at Noosa Spit and Sunshine Beach, both less than 3 km away), all manners of water sports (ocean and river), Noosa national park walks, fresh food markets, such as the famous Noosa Farmers Market (Sunday mornings) or Eumundi markets, cafes and every type of restaurant style and shopping you desire.

Easy, flat, direct access to the house. Large front yard to park additional cars, boats, or caravans. Also, ample on-street parking which is shaded by trees in the afternoon from approx. 12.30 pm. No hills and no stairs! Great for those with mobility restrictions.
This level residence sleeps 6 comfortably. This residence is suited to couples or a family who want privacy and tranquility in close proximity to beaches, parks, shops, and restaurants.

Fitted and flat sheet, doona cover, blanket, 2 pillowcases per person,

We can also provide beach/pool towels on request ($10 each per stay)
We always supply 2 pillows per person, doona, and mattress/ pillow protectors. (Doona might be in the wardrobe in summer)

We had a lovely time here. Tina was terrific with communication & the house was lovely & clean & tidy. Our dog enjoyed the back yard & we found we had everything we needed for a great holiday. The house was not far from Noosa or the supermarket & there was a dog park just a few minutes walk away to take our dog first thing each day. Thanks Tina.
Good location. Comfortable accommodation. Friendly communication. There was no hot water, I expect due to limited solar power. The flickering light in the lounge was frustrating and the televisions could do with updating.
We stayed for the weekend to attend the Noosa Tri. The house was well equipped and very clean. It is in a great location, approx 20 minute walk into town and there is a great cafe/coffee shop nearby. The pool was lovely. The house was spacious. Couldn't fault the property or the service.
House was nice but beds were small. Host helpful.
Advertised as 3 bed when it's only a 2 bed. Host Phffed at my daughter very unprofessional. House smelt like dog. Stayz attitude towards customers was disgusting to the point they hang up on us. Have deleted app will never use again.
This property has everything you could need om a holiday. It's in a fantastic spot, close to Hastings Street, Noosa National Park, shopping centres, 30 mins to Eumundi markets. House was clean and tidy. The kitchen and pool were most enjoyed. Tina has thought of everything to supply at the house even the finer details that you wouldnt expect to have whilst on holiday! Weather was fantastic!
Tina's home is comfortable and well equipped and she is a very responsive host. The outside areas of this let are particularly notable. Lovely garden, large play area, enticing pool and heaps of well sited out door furniture, all in complete privacy. We had a great time.
It's not easy these days to find accommodation that is pet friendly. This place definitely is. Tina was good to deal with. Comfy house, good amenities. Will stay again.
Excellent cleanliness and the house is well fitted out. Tina was a super host and was very kind and thoughtful even leaving flowers and a big chocolate Easter egg. Good location and would recommend this house to family and friends. We had a lovely stay.
We stayed here with our adult children and our dog. We really enjoyed the house, and the pool. And our dog loved the backyard. The house was well appointed, and everything was clean and tidy. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet, and great for a morning walk. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with Tina, and it’s nice to stay somewhere with all the amenities of home. Close to Noosa Junction and Hastings Street, an easy walk or quick drive. Beds were comfy and so fantastic to be able to have somewhere dogs are welcome.

Property is in a great location in Noosa and is extremely well laid out and all the bases catered for. Had a bit of a challenge getting an uber so tended to drive to Hastings Street but overall did not spoil our break. Tina was great at confirming information and responding to any of our questions. Would not hesitate to return.
This is the second time staying at this property. We always feel welc9me and comfortable and Tina is a great host. Will be back in the future.
