Our location offers the best of both worlds, being positioned between the world-famous 2nd Street and the beach. You are just two blocks away from a variety of restaurants, shopping venues, and bars. Engaging in beach activities is convenient, with a 6-mile bike and rollerblade path along the sand, options for sunbathing and swimming at the bay's lagoons, and various water sports activities such as boating, kayaking, windsurfing, jet-skiing, and water skiing (rentals available in the area). Taking a stroll along 2nd Street allows you to explore its shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Additionally, you can indulge in romantic gondola rides on Naples Island or enjoy movies on the beach. The area also offers a diverse nightlife scene, featuring numerous clubs, coffeehouses, and restaurants.
If you're looking to work out during your stay, you can visit ICONIX, a resort-style gym located just two blocks from the house. They offer a free 3-day pass, and there is no pressure to join. *****Please take note that street sweeping occurs on Thursdays and Fridays, with different sides of the street being affected each day from 9-11 am. Make sure to check for signs indicating which side to park on for each specific day.
Our unit is not suitable for parties and loud music. If your intention is to come to Belmont Shores to party and blast music, this unit may not be the right fit for you. However, our fantastic place is perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a wonderful time in this amazing neighborhood and duplex.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we have implemented the Minut decimal and motion monitoring system in our unit. This system helps prevent parties from taking place. It does not include any video or audio surveillance, but rather monitors the decibel levels and motion to detect the number of people in the unit.
Please be aware that quiet hours in the neighborhood are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Our Minut system ensures compliance with this policy by automatically notifying you via text and/or phone call if the decibel limit exceeds 75 for more than 10 minutes between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am.

Perfect place for a quick walk to the beach and grocery store! The house was fully equipped for cooking a great meal! It was more spacious than I anticipated which is great!it's a quiet neighborhood and perfect for families!
Fantastic 5 days stay in a great house, very clean, nicely decorated and in a quiet location, closed to the beach.
The property had absolutely everything we needed and is so well appointed. Beds were so comfortable and the big screen TV was nice. Parking can be a bit tricky on certain days but no fault of the owner. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet stay while visiting the LA or Orange County area. Thanks
The apartment was great, clean and spacious. The neighborhood and location are awesome. Quick walk to the beach and 2nd street, but just far enough away to be super quiet. Will definitely book this place again. Shawn is great to work with and quick to respond to any message.
We had a great stay. Place is in a good location, very clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids.
The house provides a great central location for all kinds of activities. We did everything from tour Queen Mary and the Getty, to a day at Knott's Berry Farm and dinners in Laguna and Medieval Times. The neighborhood is fabulous. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The host is very responsive when we had questions and needs. The only thing to be careful of is the parking. It is difficult to find parking and none is provided by the house. All in all, a great trip!
There is notes in the showers that state hot water in 3min , we had no hot water running for 10-15 minutes and low water pressure. The towels are old with bleach stains

This place was absolutely perfect. It’s was bigger and more spacious than I expected. Safe, clean and beautiful Beach neighborhood. Shawn was available and responsive to me whenever needed.
My siblings and I all live in different states and we wanted to be able to visit with each other, and our mom after 2020. We all were wowed by the place and enjoyed being able to walk to the beaches and restaurants. The owners made the entire process, and stay so easy. Communication was always quick with the owners, and I even got a text one morning letting me know there was street sweeping on Friday mornings, and that I should park on the opposite side of the street. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room, playing card games in the dining room, cooking breakfast in the kitchen, and retiring to the bedrooms after full days of activities. We would definitely stay here again.
