A large family might feel a tad crammed, but having never had a family, I am not sure! This was a very new dwelling, seemed like a safe neighborhood and not too far from Sedona. We were here in a somewhat “low season” time but I have heard traffic into Sedona can be quite heavy. This seems to be true Friday-Sunday, but much less Monday-Thursday. Appliances, cookware and grill were excellent
Rented the home in Cottonwood and it was just like nobody had ever stayed there before us. The home was resort style clean. During our stay the air conditioning kept us cool even though the outside temps were over 110 degrees. The home was completely stocked, and it was extra nice to be able to use the two-car garage. We would rent this house again.
The Property was very nice!! Everything was new and well cared for. Very quiet neighborhood and close to food, entertainment and hikes. Would stay there again. Very nice stay.
The location of this property is perfect. You are a short 20 minute drive to Sedona and 5 minutes from ‘town’ in Cottonwood, where there is a Walmart if need to pick anything up. The property has a “new” feel and really feels likes home. Having a washer and dryer is the best. You don’t have to come home to a mountain of laundry. Overall great experience.
Well maintained, clean and fully furnished with everything you would need. Customer service was excellent. This place is in a nice neighborhood (recent development) and easy access to the main road and just 30 minutes to Sedona.
Visiting with fam to see another family member. Great location for us. Felt safe, neighborhood nice with families and children around. House and property well kept up. Wish there was a little more instruction on tv us. Never was able to get to main channels of ABC,CBS, etc More than enough kitchen items for sure. Just a little early morn (before 7am!) noise from nearby airfield. All in all, would not hesitate at all to stay here again.
Everything we expected and more
Just as advertised. Neighbors give you a friendly wave. Close to everything. Easy check in process. Managers responsive and helpful if you have questions. Enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to return.
Only weird thing was someone walked in the front door while eating breakfast the first day. They saw us and left.
I would do a repeat
Nicely decorated. Fairly comfortable furniture. Kitchen had a good set of supplies. Neighbors were friendly.
Very nice place clean and set up great
Very well stocked and in a very nice quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located. Easy trips to Jerome, The Valley Verde Train and Sedona. We had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you.
