The property is beautiful, but the instant hot water system does not work properly. We were there for 4 days and had hot water for one and a half of those days, we were here on a ski trip and it was below freezing and a hot shower would’ve been nice. This was absolutely unacceptable and VACASA and VRBO would not give me any kind of a refund except for a cleaning refund, but I put a cleaning deposit down when I booked and they just gave it back so I really didn’t get any kind of a refund. When we arrived, there was no hot water no Internet, the Internet was fixed the very next day. There were trash bags in the garage probably six or seven of them when we arrived. We contacted Vacasa multiple times, I basically called 2 to 3 times a day for our entire trip saying that it was an emergency to get the hot water fixed, and it was an absolute joke, VACASA said they would call me back within an hour, never received any phone calls back from them at all, they finally sent out a tech who was not a plumber and had no authority to call a plumber. I wish I could’ve contacted the owner. We probably could’ve had this fixed quickly. The tech actually mentioned that the hot water system does not work properly over 2000 feet elevation. The property sits at 9600 feet elevation. The owners need to do something about this ASAP. If the place had hot water, I would definitely stay there again, but without hot water I will never book this place again.
It’s a beautiful place in a great location. Cross Country skiing and snow shoeing are just steps away. We had the entire unit, so it worked out great. We fixed an early Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
Fully furnished in contemporary style including hot tub, grill, propane fireplace for roasting marshmallows. Incredible views. Sweet smell of pines. Deer walked right into the garage. Hiking, biking, spelunking, and ATVing. Great summer holiday!
This home is beautiful and the location is perfect! We did encounter a few issues and attempts to resolve them were quite unsatisfactory. A hot tub was one of the items which was a “must have” for our stay. We inquired several times before arrival if it would be in working order and were guaranteed that it would. However when we arrived it was a solid block of ice when the cover was removed. In addition, the garage door was obviously broken upon our arrival. Both of these issues were brought to the attention of the management and even though we were told they would be taken care of, no one even contacted us further during our stay. We did reach out to the management several times during our stay and after being put on hold forever, no resolution was ever made. A few other minor details that would make this home perfect (in addition to a working hot tub and garage that actually can open and close) would be directions on working the thermostats and more dishes including smaller plates and containers for storage. Nevertheless it is a beautiful home in a fabulous location.
We loved our stay in this tastefully decorated cozy home. There was plenty of room to spread out for our group of 10. We definitely will rent this property again. We did feel very rushed trying to be out by the 10am check out time, most properties are 11.
New, Spacious, Clean and Cozy. Beautiful views of the mountains.
My husband & I were lucky to come across this gorgeous new space. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Kitchen had all necessary tools . This end unit offers peace and quiet, a gorgeous view with a hot tub to enjoy ! Perfectly located in Brian head . Walking distance to ATV rental, skiing, tubing & mom & pop grocery. Can’t wait to come back . We will definitely rent this space again ! 5 stars all the way around !
The home is very new, spacious, and well appointed. My family of four was very comfortable there. The beds/bedding were very comfy! The home had more than enough amenities, and we could have happily stayed longer. The only things to note would be that it is in a new (and still being built) development, so construction is actively going on. It didn't interfere during our stay, but it would have been nice to know it was going on before we showed up. Also, there is a garage for parking, but our car (large SUV with a Thule on top) wouldn't clear it, so we had to park on an angle in the driveway - the driveway is not a full cars length. Again, didn't interfere with our trip, just something to consider.
