Quite, safe neighborhood just 6 or 7 blocks from Morro Bay (Bay not town) and restaurants/bar. Small and cozy studio space. Loved our stay!
Very clean, good sized studio apartment in quiet neighborhood. Comfortable accommodations and amenities were great. Missing TV controller quickly replaced and programmed by management. If uncomfortable with bar height seating for dinning, a comfy chair and small table was a nice feature for older folks like myself to use. The shower is moderately sized and could accommodate a small stool to sit There are no grab bars or non skid floor mat for this shower. If disabled, this might present a problem. Bringing a small stool with you would be helpful, your own non skid mat and a shower cap and ear plugs. Shower head is extremely high.
There is room for no more than two people. That being said, the accommodations are very nice. There is a full size refrigerator, plenty of supplies to cook some food for yourself. There is one parking spot in the driveway. Everything works and the facility manager is very responsive. It turned out to be an excellent place to stay to visit a friend in Los Osos!
The location was ideal for trips into San Luis Obispo, Montana de Oro, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, and more. The property is a very nice garage conversion. A small outlet heater did not provide as much heat as we needed, but there is an oven which offers another heat source. We mostly used the space overnight and between daytrips - it would be too small for hanging out, and the laundry room for the house residents would be too loud/busy during the day. We would stay there again for sightseeing in the Central Coast.
It exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend to others!
I really wanted to stay here but Hotels.com overbooked and I got no notice from them until check in day. I was upset and was told another hotel down the road would set us up. After over an hour of run-around and needing a nap, the two managers of J Patrick and the Cambria Pines Lodge made it right. Thank you
