- NOTE: It is common to see debris at times in the pool, especially if there have been high winds in the area recently. Our pool technician cleans the pool once a week, but you are welcome to use the provided skimmer if you wish to manually remove debris between cleanings
- NOTE: A professional lawn service stops by weekly to keep the outdoor space looking lush and tidy. The crew generally arrives on Friday or Saturday, but their schedule is subject to change with demand and inclement weather
- NOTE: The pool technician chlorinates and cleans the the pool spotless every Tuesday, subject to his availability. We'll do our best to notify you when service technicians plan to service the home outside of these windows

Our family booked a last minute stay at Aaron’s house. The house was perfect, not your typical “Florida beach house fish theme” (my teens loved the aesthetic) and the backyard with a pool was a dream. We asked to arrive an hour or two early which was easily accommodated. Spent a whole day just relaxing out by the pool hanging out. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from shops and stores. We wanted to stay longer but will definitely be back on our next trip to Florida!
