Local @ B is a three story urban art townhouse centrally located less than half a mile from the heart of Downtown Bentonville, Walmart Home Office, The Ledger (the world's first completely bikeable office building), Thaden School and Performing Arts Center, and a hub of MTB friendly restaurants, shops and pubs. Everything about this Urban experience, from location to amenities, layout, and perks, have been carefully and thoughtfully designed.
The Space:
The open concept living room was designed with comfortable seating and a streaming ready smart TV with sound bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and guest amenities giving you the opportunity to cook meals during your stay or host a small gathering with family and friends. The second floor also includes a balcony with a bartop to enjoy your sunrise coffee or sunset cocktail. There is also an indoor/outdoor studio garage and lounge for entertaining with cycloc bike mount units, park tool bicycle repair stand, and exterior bike wash station.
The home sleeps up to 8 people. Each bedroom is set with luxurious bed linens and urban artwork. We have 3.5 pristine bathrooms, replenished with ultra plush towels and bath essentials. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway (street parking is also plentiful). Full floor plan including bedroom and bathroom layout is provided at the end of our listing photos.

Guest Access:
A code will be provided to access the front door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. The amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to a guest started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guest are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay.

As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection.

Awesome and clean In walking distance to all the local bars Bike shops and coffee shops
This property is an easy half-mile walk to the square and by foot only 1 1/2 miles from Chrystal Bridges. The location is excellent. The house is well-designed and very modern. The art is selected and displayed in a way that will make you think that you're staying at Chrystal Bridges! The first-floor garage has been turned into a game room / 3rd bedroom and is very cool. The other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor with more living space and kitchen on the 2nd floor. The hosts were terrific and took great care of us! Thanks for a great stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this fun property! The downstairs garage area was great, especially if you're riding bikes into town or mountain biking. It is a great location and was very well stocked with all of the things you could need like coffee, soap, etc., etc. A few snacks and a bottle of wine was awaiting us when we arrived. There was a very minor issue during our stay, which was very quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend this property.
Had a wonderful experience. Location is excellent. A short walk away from many restaurants and shops. Slaughter Pen is several blocks - any easy ride. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and fresh.
This was a beautiful and unique place that I would Absolutely rent again. The location was perfect and they had beers, wine and snacks for Us when we got checked in which was a really sweet touch. Love the location which was walking distance to the downtown Bentonville square. Rent this place - you won’t be disappointed!
Everything was great! The initial key code we were given for accessing the property was incorrect but we were able to get a code that worked and access the property very quickly.
Biking and hiking with friends! Great location and great clean spacious house!
About a 10min walk from downtown in a quiet area. Great biking amenities like wash station, bike rack and maintenance station. There are some really cool places just a few blocks away; The Witching Hour (1/2 block) is a must, Heroes Coffee, The Hub, Rope Hounds to name a few. Major trail system seems to be just on the other side of down town maybe a 5-10 minute ride to the Slaughter Pen. Will definitely be back!
This is an excellent property! Located close to great dinning, trails and Crystal Bridges. We had a wonderful time in Bentonville and highly recommend it to you!
Perfect location for our group. The house was very well equipped, the layout was super comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The hosts were very communicative and positive. And the mattresses were AMAZING. All in all, could not have asked for better.
