This immaculate mid-century side-split home has 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms with plenty of living and dining space for the whole family. Located in Hamilton in the West Mountain area in a quiet, mature, residential neighbourhood. Located close to McMaster, Mohawk, Juravinski Hospitals, and Hamilton General. Walking distance to grocery stores, bus stops and parks.

There is a sitting room upon entering the home that looks out onto the street. Adjacent is the dining room with a bay window, furnished with a beautiful teak dining set. The full kitchen has an electric stovetop, built-in oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All dishes and cookware are provided for you to use. Cooking appliances like a blender, food processor, instant pot, slow cooker and popcorn maker are also provided!

The three bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located in the upper level of the house. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and original teak MCM dressers and bed frame. There is a closet with two clothes rails and hangers.

The second spacious bedroom has a queen size bed and closet.

The third bedroom has a twin size bed, a wooden crib, and a large dresser.

Primary bathroom on upper level features a large soaker tub.

In the lower level of the house there are workspace stations for two people, with natural light. Adjacent is a family room with seating and a TV with Netflix.
