Our private, luxurious and very comfortable 4000 Sq/Ft Gulf Coast home is designed to create your best family memories ever. We are located directly on the waters of the Intracoastal Waterway facing west for spectacular sunsets and just a few blocks from the silky sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
Your biggest choice each day involves relaxing in the large, landscaped backyard while watching the dolphins swim by -or- fishing and swimming from our dock -or- enjoying the views and stunning sunsets from the second story deck -or- heading to the beach for hours of fun in the water, strolling the miles of sand and collecting shells.
The clean, elegant contemporary design has an open floor plan and a bright airy feel with beach and nautical themes. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths including two master bedroom suites with King beds, private bathrooms and water views. One is on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. The entire rear of the house is glass windows overlooking the water.

FIRST FLOOR: Large family room, living room and full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with eat-in bar and adjacent dinning area with total seating for 12 allowing for family meals. Master bedroom suite with King bed, water view, full bathroom and walk-in closet. Large laundry room with additional side entrance, front loading washer/dryer, chest freezer and half bath.
SECOND FLOOR: Master bedroom suite overlooking the water with King bed, full bathroom including separate tub and shower, 50” flat screen tv, recliners, large deck facing west with sweeping views of the water and sunset. 3rd bedroom with two Queen size beds. 4th bedroom with Queen size bed. 5th bedroom with trundle bed and two Twin size beds. Central tv/game room with flat screen tv, mini-fridge, full bathroom,
BACKYARD: Backyard is all waterfront, facing west and fully landscaped with a covered patio, plenty of comfortable seating, gas BBQ, gas fire pit, large private dock with lights, swim ladder, table and bench. There is NO FENCE ALONG THE WATER in the backyard lawn or on the dock. YOU ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL WATER SAFETY. Small children need to be monitored at all times in and around the water which extends along the entire back of the house.
There is NO SWIMMING POOL at this time.
There is parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. There is also private parking at the beach.
We are located between Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island on the Florida Gulf Coast near Tampa/St. Petersburg. There are numerous restaurants, bars, activities, museums, grocery stores and shops minutes away in Redington Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg.
Tampa International Airport is 45 minutes away. St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is 25 minutes away. Busch Gardens Theme Park is a 45 minute drive. Disney World and Sea World are a 90 minute drive. Universal Studios is a one hour and 45 minute drive. There is plenty of hiking and biking nearby including the famous 35 mile Pinellas Bike Trail. Several hours north you can swim with the Manatees or watch the legendary mermaid show at Weeki Watchee Springs. Deep sea fishing charters are available at multiple marinas within 15 minutes of the house.
Are you a sports lover Tampa is home to the Buccaneers (NFL), Rays (MLB) and Lightning (NHL). MLB spring training is also a great time to watch the following teams in our area: Yankees, Orioles, Tigers, Phillies, Pirates, Blue Jays and Rays. Nearby you can also watch the Twins, Braves and Red Sox.
Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a waterfront town with lovely neighbors. One of the few beach communities without condos makes this location unique and special. No weddings, big gatherings, large events, or loud parties are permitted. Lewd, offensive behavior in the neighborhood will not be tolerated and is reason for rental termination. Up to three vehicles in the driveway. No street parking available. Trash service is provided for all garbage and litter during your stay. No subletting is ever allowed. No pets. No smoking.

The property was in superb condition; clean, a full set of amenities, plenty of towels and bed linens. It was big enough for the 10 of us, including a couple of 7 year old cousins. We had three vehicles with us and had no problem parking them in the driveway. The property owners we worked with were upbeat and addressed every question we had. They were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Our family of ten adults fell in love from the moment we walked in. This beautiful house was very well appointed and had everything we could ask for and more. We've been vacationing on the Gulf coast of Florida for many years and this was by far one of our favorite homes to stay in thus far!
Our family had an awesome time at this wonderful Reddington Beach property. Tammie and Greg were gracious hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The house was immaculate and the amenities were exactly as advertised. We had a blast watching our kids play in the backyard and swim and fish off the dock. The beach is just a few blocks away and we made the most of that too.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun family vacation!
This is a great property in a good spot. It is a bit back from the beach, but we swam off the dock more than at the beach to be honest and visiting the beach was still easy. Dolphins visited just off the dock too. Tammie and Greg fantastic hosts, helpful and always very quick to answer and help. 10/10. Would not hesitate to recommend or return…..
Beautiful home set in on the intercostal waterway! A perfect get away spot. The owners thought of everything and were quick to answer any questions. Lots of space for a group of 12! A short drive to a private beach was perfect.
12 of us ages 6 to 71. Facility was fabulous for the group. Fully equipped, we brought food, clothing and personal stuff, everything else was there. Communication with owners was top notch. My family accused me of having a new BFF because of contact. The house and area just enhanced our time together. No complaints what so ever. Thank you T & G!
I can’t say enough about the home and the wonderful owners that greeted us on our arrival and gave us a personal tour. The home is absolutely everything they advertised and more. We spent a good deal of time outside on the patio area overlooking the water. It was paradise. Everything about the home was outstanding; 2 masters, wonderful bedding, and lots of room to spread out. While we didn’t have perfect weather to take the kayaks out, we did enjoy some fishing off the dock. The owners gifted us 2 bottles of wine, a wonderful pie, a huge assortment of cheeses and crackers, and chocolates. They couldn’t have been nicer. It was the best experience we have had with VRBO of all the places we’ve stayed. Looking forward to staying here again soon.
We rented to host family for our wedding. The pictures in the listing do not do the home justice. Everything is perfect, the rooms are ample and comfortable and the patio and deck area unbelievable.
It is a fantastic home! My family and I just loved this home. Perfect location for a family getaway, friends vacation, or staycation. The hosts are amazing! We're were a group of ten with room to spare. The house is in a really nice neighborhood on the bay situated for gorgeous sunsets. The dock was nice for those who want to kayak or fish. And the dolphins stop for a visit now and then. Would live to visit again sometime. Tammie was really nice and easy to communicate with. Nothing negative about our stay.
We had a party of 12 stay for a week at the house. We loved the house! The house wasspacious for a large group and had plenty of bedrooms and bathroom! The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week! We loved the location with the private beach. The upstairs balcony was nice and had beautiful views, especially the afternoon sunsets. We also really enjoyed fishing off the dock in the backyard. We really loved everything about the house! The owners were very friendly and easy to work with!
Absolutely a beautiful home ! Very spacious for our family of 11. Great location.....close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc.. We enjoyed our early mornings and late evenings sitting on the covered patio which overlooked the bay. Recommend this home for a perfect vacation ! The owner went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of our stay. The house is in a perfect location, you get to enjoy fishing, kayaking, dolphin watching, beautiful sunsets, wonderful outdoor space and it’s walking distance to the beach. The house has everything you can possibly need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Every time we left the house to explore the area, we were always happy to get back to our relaxing outdoor retreat. We have only been back a few days but we miss it already. Can’t wait to go back.
Perfect week with family at a wonderful home in Redington Beach! Could not have asked for a better place! Home was spacious and spotless! Quiet neighborhood on the water with great views. Very short drive to an uncrowded residential beach. Private neighborhood parking with no problem ever finding a space. Kayaking and fishing from the dock at the house was great! Owners very nice to work with and always available. Would definitely stay here again!!
We absolutely loved staying at this gorgeous home. It had everything we wanted or needed. Tammie and Greg were absolutely lovely to work with and incredibly thoughtful - from the coffee and wine, to the detailed and super helpful neighborhood guide. We were able to stay relaxed the entire trip. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was a dream to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Worth every penny. We will definitely be back.
This place is right on the intercostal. Clean and spacious house with breathtaking view from the master bedrooms! We enjoyed having our morning tea in the covered patio every morning before starting our work day. We could see dolphins almost every day from the house! Tammie and Greg are great hosts and very easy to communicate. Redington beach is a nice locality , safe and many cute eateries , cafe’s and ice cream shops nearby. You won’t regret staying at this property!
