We have turned our 2 bedroom ranch style home into a temporary rental home for family lodging. There is a double size bed in the master bedroom, a daybed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen size bed and queen size hide-a-bed couch in the living room. You can easily sleep 7 in our home. The home includes, window ac, washer & dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils and linens. Everything you will need for your stay whether it is one night, a weekend, a week or a month. There is an attached carport for off road parking. Digital antenna TV but no internet available. Our rates are $75 per night or $200 weekend rate (3 night rental) Or, you can rent for a week (7 nights) for $400 or a month by contacting us for rental rates. There is a required $75 deposit which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after a home inspection. Arrival time is 3:00 pm (unless otherwise approved) and departure time is 11:00 am. We also allow approved pets.

Easy and quiet
I really appreciated the owners accommodating our uncertain arrival time and having a nice warm place to stay ready when we did arrive. The house was very clean and very convenient for our visit with our Mother. Thank you very much.
