On entry, polished wood floors against Ceasarstone and white leather combine to create an elegant, inviting open plan living space. Gas log fire and sandstone hearth is flanked by two spacious tiled deck areas, all taking in stunning views across Louttit Bay and on to Airey's Inlet Lighthouse.
The kitchen is just as well equipped catering for the light afternoon nibble, epresso coffee with friends or hearty family roast. Not only does it offer a social connection with the lounge and dining area, it also has direct access to the main balcony with BBQ facilities. Bedrooms are well appointed with the upstairs master featuring dressing room and marble en suite.
Downstairs continues to delight with welcoming rumpus, full laundry and a further 3 bedrooms.Other features include, Wifi, Netflix, Stan, Prime, Kayo, table tennis table, central heating/cooling, garage & landscaped gardens. Horizons is welcoming. Care has been taken to ensure guests have the space to unpack, settle in and make themselves at home.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great Ocean Road Holidays
This is a massively well appointed home. Firstly, the view is spectacular from several angles. You even get a view from one of the downstairs bedrooms. It was an average of 13 degrees during our stay but the hearing system in each room worked a treat. Each bed was comfortable and the location was peaceful for getting a good night’s sleep. On arrival we were treated to a good bottle of Pinot Noir and some coffee beans for the quality coffee machine. The appliances, kitchenware and other creature comforts made this the best rented property we’ve ever stayed at.
The views are everything the photos promise. The house has all the luxuries you’d want like coffee machine and very comfy beds, quality towels etc. We were very comfortable here and the extras like ping pong table and easy access garage topped it off. Highly recommend.
A beautiful home, set at the top of Lorne. The home is surrounded by tall gum trees and has ocean views as far as the eye can see. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic property for a family with separate kids zone downstairs and well soundproofed, leaving the parents to enjoy the stunning views upstairs. The walk up is tough but a great workout!!Loved our stay and hope to come back.

We had four adults stay for four nights in this beautiful house. Perched high on the hill in a very quiet part of town. The view is stunning and the central upstairs lounge, with its glass walls feels like being in a tree house, so relaxing and peaceful. The coffee machine was very popular, the collection of puzzles and games were great fun. The beds were super comfortable. The location is close to town but a challenge to walk home. Also close to the top of the hill so easy access to the short walks around teddy’s lookout. Lots of wildlife including koalas, kangaroos and parrots. The house is immaculate and i can’t fault a thing about it. Would definitely stay again and have recommended it to all my friends. We loved it!
We had a lovely weekend with 3 other couples. Great house, magnificent views and excellent amenities. We greatly enjoyed the table tennis.
We spent seven days in Lorne and loved every moment of it. The house was perfect for our stay and provided an incredibly relaxing vibe for all of us. We were overwhelmed with the view and how well equipped the house was. We look forward to returning again one day! Thank you for such a beautiful stay!
There were 9 of us staying and everyone was blown away by the holiday home itself, the setting and views along with the amenities! We all enjoyed ourselves and were disappointed our stay ended when it did!
